やることが沢山あるのにどれも中途半端になっている業務を抱えています。
We have a lot of work to do but none of it is half done.

どれも親の手助けや地域貢献に近いことなので、そんなに焦らなくてもいいけど、でも期待されたからには自分ができる最大限の作品を作らなければというプレッシャーを自分自身に課しています。
All of these are similar to helping parents or contributing to the community, so I don't have to be in such a hurry, but I put pressure on myself to produce the best work I can because it is expected of me.

というわけで今から頑張ります。
So I'm working hard now.
