1. Kashiwa Police Station (fake policeman)

After 3:00 a.m. on November 20, 2019
I was subjected to severe torture and continued to beat the futon with my elbows.

I had been doing the same thing over and over again a few days before this day.

I was convinced that the people who entered and left the apartment where I lived were those who were hired by the torture human experimentation organization, their families and acquaintances.

I moved to this place on September 1 of the same year.

A young couple came from the room below and yelled at me.
After a while of loud exchanges between the man and me, the man said
"I'll call the police."
So, I told him back
"Do it!"
He seemed hesitant when I responded.

The woman was showing off her mobile phone as if she was recording this conversation.

Rather than calling the police, she seemed to be communicating with someone.
Then she went downstairs while looking at her mobile phone

After she disappeared, the man asked me questions like,
"You seem to be suffering, what are you being done?"
It was impossible to explain until others believed my experiences verbally, so I equivocated about my story.

After quite some time, two uniformed police officers (A & B) came to visit.
(A) came to the front door first.

(B), who came late, escorted the woman who came up from below and brought her back down.

The woman and (B) are clearly acquaintances.
The woman seemed so surprised as if she wanted to say,” Do you think you will be allowed to do this?"

(A) instructed the above man to return to the room as well, and I let (A) in.

I had (A) read a document that contained some of what had happened to me so far though I had not yet been able to explain well.

He said,
"It's incoherent."
"There is a large hospital (Hokuso Hospital) with an air ambulance in Inzai City, so why don't you go to the psychiatric department there?"

There was a pop sound (*) (much weaker than normal) on top of the unpowered pot, so I asked him,
"Did you hear the sound just now?"

(A) replied,
"It's common thing" (i.e. he heard the sound), and then there were slight sound of "pop" on the document he was holding.

But I didn't mention it because I could predict his response after I pointed it out.

Then he deliberately cradled the papers in his arms and grinned (his action was within my assumption).

(A) said that the couple has lived been around for 2-3 years and he has seen them often.

(B), who came in later, said that the time when the couple started living here was one year different from (A).

In addition, he said to me,
"If you don't keep quiet, you won't be able to stay in this apartment".
The way of saying was not appropriate as a police officer.

This was the first and last day I saw the couple.
My impression: The couple was simply utilized, instead of a message telling me to continue to be tortured quietly because ordinary citizens live in this apartment.

(*) It is one of the alleged acts of torture. It can range from surprisingly loud sounds to weak sounds directly on my shoulder.
It is often used when I fall asleep to disturb sleep, and it is also used to keep the trauma ingrained in me.

2. Kashiwa Fire Station

June 25, 2021 before 5 p.m.

(1) Ambulances flashed unnaturally, and many (maybe all) firefighting vehicles flashed their lamps, etc. (no sound and no sign of people)

(2) At the entrance of the parking lot across the road, there were no cars in or out, and the warning beep continued to sound just before I passed.

((2) The same thing happened not only on this day, but every time I passed)
The fire station and this doorway are located just opposite each other.
<The above case cannot be a coincidence>

(3) One day, when I entered a short very narrow alley, an ambulance entered from the opposite entrance without sounding a siren.

Until not long ago, almost every time I went out on foot, ambulance suddenly started sounding a siren from a little behind me and passed by.
Extremely unnatural.

Has anyone borrowed an ambulance?
Or are there collaborators among the fire personnel?

3. Kashiwa Health Center & Daito Trust Construction Partners

A room at home
Mr. K from Kashiwa City Health Center, Mr. S1 from Kashiwa City Health Center, and Mr. M from Daito Consignment Partners came.
As mentioned above, at first, we sat down and talked.

In the middle of the discussion, I showed Mr. M, the result of a door frame after I hit the sliding door bang-bang so strongly while I had been tortured many days, but what Mr. M did were, even though he is from a real estate management company, just said "Oh" & kept giving a penetrating stare at the bar.

In the meantime, Ms. S1 seemed to be searching the room while Mr. K was blocking me and separating me from her.

We sat down again to talk, and at the end, Ms. S1 spoke to me in a strained voice,
"Would you continue to talk to Mr. K or Mr. M on a regular basis?"

At the front door of my room

Mr. K from Kashiwa City Health Center, Mr. S2 from Kashiwa City Health Center, and Mr. M and Mr. X from Daito Construction Partners visited us.
It was the first time I saw Mr. S2, so I asked
"Who is she?"
Mr. K and Mr. M
"This is Mr. S1 who came recently"
Ms. S2 showed me a gesture as if she wanted to say,
"Did you forget me?"

I tentatively pretended she was the same person as she visited before and continued to talk.

Unlike Ms. S1 last time, she said to me continuously something like, "Some people have that worldview."
Anyway, she kept implying in a clear tone that I was mentally crazy.

After that, when I asked many times about Ms. S1 & S2, Mr. K and Mr. M continued to insist that Ms S1 and Ms. S2 were both the same person.

As you see in the figure above, Ms. S1 and Ms. S2 are so distinct that the former seems to be the person I saw at the cash register of a supermarket and the latter seems to be the person I saw at LEC Suidobashi Main School.

Ever since I started claiming about that, Mr. K and Mr. M have been silent.

4. Kashiwa Police <Appendix> & Mayor of Kashiwa City

On August 1, 2021, I made an email inquiry to the Chiba Prefectural Police about a separate case.

Later, Mr. T, Chief of the Regional Division of the Kashiwa Police Station, called me two times on different days. I also talked about the above two policemen, but the first answer was
"It was two years ago, so there is no record."
On another day, his answer was
" There is no record, but I think they were real cops."

Anyway, he said to me repeatedly
"If anything happens, call 110."

It's probably because in the case of a phone call, the conversation won't be recorded, and they thought they can easily play dumb taking use of my poor talk.

At the second time, a man who seemed to be a member of the organization sometimes replaced him and the man tried to persuade me with his pressure.

I have emailed the health center and fire department with a diagram like the one attached above. Although the diagram was still at the Twitter beginner level.
I have received no response.

On November 23, 2022, I sent an email to the mayor of Kashiwa City as a reply required, but there was no response.

The northern part of Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, is a torture human experiment city in which the police, fire department, and public health center work together, and citizens also participate.
Since I started Twitter, the number of citizens participating seems to have decreased.
