Unimaginable Human Rights Violations (5): Tokyo Legal Mind, LEC

Until March 2018, I had taken the examination course for patent attorneys for 7-8 years. The reason why I did not write the qualification name on Twitter is because the lecturer (basically I think she was just used by them) is identified.

However, from the attached materials, it was clear that the large lecture room was used, and it seemed that there was no need to hide it, so I decided to make it public.

It is an exam that can be passed in an average of 3-4 years, but my brain was not working at all because I was under human experiments.

I already lacked writing ability, I was in such a condition, so even after 7 years, I was still at the beginner level in regard to the writing exam.

I comfort myself that if I hadn't been under human experimentation, I would have been able to pass the exam in 3-4 years at the latest.
I may not have chosen to take this course, though.

1.The day the lecture room was occupied

(1) Sunday, January 7, 2018 ~ Sunday, April 1, 2018 once a week
The usual situation of the lecture room this year:
The right side where I sat was deserted.
Even if there are students in suits, there are only 1~2 students at most.

(2) Sunday, March 25 (3 lectures remaining)
It was full of relatively old people in suits.
The lecturer began and finished the lecture without mentioning this state.

I've been taking the same course for years, and I know this lecturer well.
She is not the kind of person who starts a lecture without touching anything about this situation.

2.After the lecture

After the lecture, I got out of my seat and saw several people wearing earphones in one ear that seemed to be for wireless use.
I could even hear what a woman was telling them.

When I left the lecture room, a woman was escorted by men in suits from both sides of the elevator.
I followed her into the elevator.

Once on the first floor, the woman headed towards the staff-only room.
I walked out of the exit politely sent by several men, also in suits.

I stopped taking classes at this point.
The following week, I told the lecturer that I would give up trying to take the patent attorney exam.

I just applied for the exam but had to give up.
Because I can't do it while being tortured.

Obstruction of contact with the lecturer (1)

On March 7, 2020, I visited LEC Suidobashi Main School without telling anyone about my plan of visit.

My intention was to give the lecturer a document describing the occupation of the lecture room by the organization and its background.

I waited on the first floor so that I can hand the document to her before a lecture in the morning, but she didn't show up.

So, I went to the lecture room, a man (B) who looked like a staff member came out of the room and told me that the morning lecture is an exercise and that it would be the afternoon when she shows up.

During I was killing time at a café, etc., when I looked at the LEC website on my smartphone, the face of the branch manager of Suidobashi School was (B).

In the afternoon, when I tried to enter the building again, an elderly man (A) was standing at the entrance who seemed to be a board member of the LEC, and when I asked him if she has come, he said
"She has not come yet".
In addition, (A) is directed into the lobby.
"Hey, has the teacher come?"
Then,
"She has not come yet"
There were responses like this from three men.

It looked like the conversation in a group of men with chivalrous spirit.
Behind him, (B) was staring at me with an abominable look on his face.

After that, I went to the front of a lecture room and waited for the lecture to end.
After the lecture was over, some students came out, but the lecturer did not come out.

Occasionally female students had come in and out of the lecture room to see if I was still waiting for the lecturer.

Eventually, the deputy branch manager (a young man) came, and said to me something like,
"Don't hand anything directly to the lecturer."

After a while, the instructor came out, paused for a moment, giggled and headed for the elevator.

At that time, I tried to give my document to her directly, but the deputy manager physically blocked my try using his body.

After that, we continued to debate for a while,
"Do you know how brutal an organization you are collaborating?"
I yelled so loudly that my voice reached the first floor through the stairs.

The only person who came up to us was a large young male student who came out of the lecture room and pretended to come to throw away the garbage, giving me a troubled look.

In the end, I handed the documents to the deputy manager and went home.

Later, I used the inquiry form to ask about the people who occupied the lecture room, and the response was
"There was no fact that the lecture room was occupied."

Obstruction of contact with the lecturer (2)

On March 21, 2020, I visited LEC Suidobashi Main School without telling anyone.

(1) In order to ask her if she read my document before the lecture, I asked the person in charge in the lobby on the first floor about where the instructor usually enters to the building, and he replied that it is from one of the doorways indicated in light blue above drawing, so I waited outside.

She didn't show up when it was time for the lecture to start, and when I went to the lecture room, the lecture had already begun.

Again, I waited until the lecture was over, and this time the lecturer came out first.

When I asked if she read the document, she asked me to go to the lecturer's waiting room on the second floor with her.

She said, "Don't come in."
When I was waiting, the door was left open.
I saw the instructor standing and talking face-to-face with someone.
The other party was not visible.

Then, the branch manager (different from (B) above) came and decided to talk on the first floor.

The counter was full of male staff who dealt with middle-aged female counselors.
I immediately recognized that they were fake customers & staff.
I could guess one of the purposes was to prevent me to shout loudly.

In the middle of the conversation, there were some kinds of communication as follows.

He: (A) "I think I was a branch manager at the time, but I don't remember about it."
Me: "A lecturer is not a person who starts a lecture without mentioning that the student has changed at all."
He: (B) "Wasn't it because I told her the day before or that morning that a staff she got along was transferring?"

If (B) is true, it's impossible for him not to remember about the occupation of the lecture room.

The reason why I couldn't point out this contradiction was that I am originally awkward speaker, and I knew that I was going to waste time again, when I was waiting in front of the lecture room.
I've been frustrated by them countless times.

Even this year, we exchanged emails.

20 Jul 2022
(1) I told them that I began to tweet since April 2022 about the human experiment organization including an event at the LEC on 25 Mar 2018 and that in May I proposed them to jointly prosecute the human experimentation organization among companies concerned, and then I asked them who was occupying the lecture room on 25 Mar 2018.

(2) Reply: "There were no facts to worry about."
(3) My reply: "I will stick to my claim even if everyone, including the lecturer and others who know something about it, other companies and the general public play dumb. "

After reading this post, there must be many new and old students and staff members who remember something.

What I am complaining of is an unimaginable violation of human rights that should be bashed from around the world.

Not limited to Tokyo Legal Mind, how can companies and institutions that sell souls to the devil continue their activities in peace?
