Unimaginable Human Rights Violations (7-1): Medical Institutions

April 2, 2018, Orthopedic Hospital A (Miyamae-Ward, Kawasaki City)

On the night of March 31, 2018, while working, I was subjected to a long period of humiliating and unbearable torture that had been carried out little by little since a while before.

I became angry, pounded the table with my fists, hit the floor hard with my feet, turned over beer twice (*), tried to stab in the belly with a kitchen knife.

I tried hard to kill myself but did not stab, slammed the knife to the floor and then slammed my fist hard to the floor with shouting and injured it.

(*) I don't remember why there was beer that day. I wouldn't have worked while drinking normally.

The pain in my fist was so bad that I decided to go to the hospital.

(1) After taking an X-ray photo, a nurse came to me and she said,
     "I'll keep your shoes"
I once deposited my shoes to her, but I got them back soon.
(2) At the time of the first diagnosis and/or after imaging:
Multiple nurses deliberately slammed the floor with their feet.
(3) I was shown a photo of my little finger completely broken so much that I needed surgery.
But the doctor said,
"It's a fracture"
"Need to be bandaged"
(4) When I was about to be bandaged, a nurse said,
"I'll keep the watch,"
and removed the watch on my left arm.
I injured my right little finger.
(5)
I yelled to the doctor
"It's not a broken bone!"
and left the examination room.
Another nurse chased me and insistently tried to bandage me, saying,
"It's a broken bone."
But I refused.

April 9, 2018, Orthopedic Hospital B (Miyamae-Ward, Kawasaki City)

The pain in the affected area of the little finger mentioned earlier was so severe that I went to another orthopedic hospital.

(1) From the time I entered the hospital until I left, I heard an intermittent ”ping” like a sonar sound for about 35 minutes.
It was from where seems to be a measurement room.

(2) I was waiting after completing the procedures (name and symptoms, etc.), but I was not called even after about 30 minutes, so I went to the reception desk.

When I asked,
"Is it by appointment only?"
she replied,
"Not really. Just we are busy."

They were accepting people who came after me.
Then I left the hospital about 5 minutes later.
I wasn't held back.

After that, I didn't go any other hospital.
The affected area was almost completely healed, though it took a long time.

April 23, 2018, Clinic S (Miyamae-Ward, Kawasaki City)

I had been experiencing strong pressure in my chest from time to time, so I decided to see a doctor.

I went there in the morning on Friday, April 20, but I had to wait for a long time and was not guided at all, so I went home thinking "here too".

I received a call from this clinic in the evening of that day, so I went there again on Monday, April 23.

(1) First an x-ray was performed, and then an electrocardiogram was taken.

I think it was while I was lying in bed waiting, and I realized an elderly man who acted like a related person entering another room (I couldn't see it at all, but from the conversation with the nurse).

At this time, he had a premonition that he would do something.
Sure enough, I heard a strange electronic sound for a few seconds.

(2) The nurse's way of attaching electrode pads was sloppy.
I was touched with body parts that had nothing to do with the measurement stickily.
If I remember correctly, the measurement time would have been less than 1 minute.

(3) After the measurement, I had to wait a long time for the diagnosis. A long conversation with the previous patient had continued.

After he came out of the room, I had to wait further for 20-30 minutes, and I had no choice but to hear sounds of doctor's hard tapping on the keyboard from inside the room until I was called.

(4) I was told that there was no abnormality in the diagnosis.
However, neither X-ray photo nor electrocardiograms were prepared on his desk nor on the monitor.

*1 Trying to complete the procedure only with a bandage while showing a picture of a fracture so severe that surgery is necessary

*2 Trying to keep my shoes or removing the watch of my uninjured wrist
(I can explain the reason.  I will post it at a later date if I have a chance)

*3 Virtually refuse to exam
*4 Acts of delay
*5 Diagnose without displaying test results

Everything is a fact

To be continued in the second half.
