2014年11月17日に導入された上海証券取引所と香港証券取引所の相互間で行われる人民元建て上場株式の取引のこと。
海外の個人投資家はそれまでQFII（適格海外機関投資家）に限られていた上海市場への投資が香港経由で、中国本土の投資家は香港市場への投資が上海経由で可能になった。
