The 2023 season is over for me.
It has been a year since I’ve been involved with this club, and first of all, Everything was a new experience for me.


I couldn't speak English at all, when I started, and suddenly stood in front of 10 year old children of different nationalities and cultures to me.
Still remember their faces at that moment.

”Who are you?”

I've had experience teaching football, so it's not that difficult, just never taught it in English.
It was a new challenge.

”What can I say about kicking the ball?”
”What can I say about controlling the ball?”

That was really how it started.

I honestly didn't think I could do this yet.
Sometimes I was like sorry for the players that I was their head coach.


However, it wasn't me that mattered, it was them. So anyway, we talked about whatever.

As I did so, they were talking to me.
They gradually came around to me.

I wasn't their actual football coach, because you know, I was learning a lot of things from them.

I'm a coach.

As a coach, I had never felt so much difficulty and stress in dealing with them, structuring training, preparing for matches, and doing the same thing but in a different language.

I still need a translator ”Absolutely”.

Everyone says Yoshi is well done, but I don't think so at all.
There is must be more that could have been done.
They are still growing, and I can't leave them behind.

I don't know how much longer we’ll be together, but I’ll continue grow with them.
Keep going.

No more English can come out of my head.
