最近、韓国は幼い李カンインが主将のソン·フンミンに食ってかかったという理由で大きな非難を受けている。 ところが、果たしてイ·ガンインだけが間違っているのか疑問に思う。 私は主将の孫興民（ソン·フンミン）をはじめとする古参選手たちの方が問題が多いと思う。
第一に、孫興民をはじめとするベテラン選手たちは、自分たちの指示に従わないという理由で、李カンインを先発ラインナップから外すよう監督に注文した。 争いがあったからといって味方を作って相手を排除することは、団体競技であってはならない最も卑怯なことだ。 しかも、若い選手たちに経歴の多い先輩たちが慰め、団結を図らなければならないのに、かえって分裂を助長した。 権威意識がまだまだ残っている韓国社会、特にスポーツ分野は振り返らなければならない部分だ。 軍隊文化が今も感じられる姿だ。 夕方の席はコミュニケーションの席であるため、席を守れというソン·フンミンや古参らの注文も、非常に権威的な姿の典型だ。 一日の日課が午前から長かったのだろう。 午前中から十分にコミュニケーションや会議は可能だった。 ところが、あえて夕方まで自由を与えず、しかも夕方を終えて簡単な卓球程度の軽い運動は、食後かえって消化活動を増進させる方法であるにもかかわらず、権威的な注文をした古参の姿は、まだ過去に縛られている様子だ。
韓国企業でも過去に夕食会は業務の延長だと義務的に参加を強要したことがある。 しかし、現在そのようなチーム長がいるとすれば、それは懲戒処分だ。 若い社員のプライバシー侵害だ。 過去のような権威的文化は、スポーツ分野でも一日も早くなくならなければならない。 最近、韓国の芸能では過去のスポーツスターの出演が多い。 そして、過去の先輩·後輩の不条理な姿を笑いながら話す。 暴力と絶対的な服従が蔓延した。 果たしてそんな姿が美しいのか？ そのような雰囲気では一時的な成績向上がありうるが、長期的な発展は絶対ありえない。 創意的なプレーは不可能だからだ。
第二に、主将のソン·フンミンがイ·ガンインの胸ぐらをつかんだ行動は暴力だ。 いかなる理由においても暴力は許されない。 しかも、9歳も若い選手の胸ぐらをつかんだという内容を見て、孫興民の人柄が良かったとこれまで信じてきた私は、大きく失望せざるを得ない。 いくら怒っても身体接触をするようになると、相手は反応をせざるを得ず、事態はさらに大きくなる。 主将なら、どのようにチームを和合に導くべきか考えるべきだった。 そして、争いがあったとしても、チームを団結させるのが主張だ。 次のゲームで夜眠らずに見守っていた国民のことを考えたなら、このように無残に敗北が予想される分裂を助長してはならなかった。 予選でチョ·ギュソン選手が決定的なゴールを決められず、国民から非難が湧き出る時、主将が出て選手を守った。 なぜ李カンインにはそんなにできないのか？ 現在、李カンインは大変な非難を受けている。 トッテナムの選手たちと自撮りもしながら仲良く過ごそうと努力する姿は見えるが、なぜ李カンインをかばうことはできないのか？
アジアカップ決勝進出の失敗で国民が怒っている状況で、その矢が今イ·ガンインに向かっている。 非難だけが正解ではない。 チームを分けてはいけない。 和合してこそ真の強いチームになる。 いつまで上命下服の軍隊式サッカーだけにこだわるのか？ 若い選手たちの創意的なプレーが和合されたチームで溶け込んだ時、真の強いチームになれるということを肝に銘じなければならない。（Qの希望）

No matter how angry he is, he makes physical contact, and the opponent has to react, and the situation gets even bigger. If he was the captain, he should have thought about how to bring the team together. And even if there was a fight, the captain is to unite the team. If you thought of the people who were watching until dawn in the next game, you should not have encouraged such a terrible division that was expected to be defeated.
