In Japan when the kids enter to school, there is so many group which they will belong to.

Aside the core classes, they have various activities such as baseball, basketball, piano, swimming. There are not only sport or art clubs but also private supplementaly classes.

This happens to the kids from 8 years old to 18 years old.
The class is not the place where only learn their skills bit where we learn how to act politly in public and how to work as a member in the community.

These 10 years affect our base mindset so deeply and when we start to work at 20 or 22 we know how we have to commit to the team or the company.

I heared in English countries there is no “home room class” in junior or high school. In Japanese those classes there are so many learning and working on same tasks together.

These activities makes us easier to make a more united and bonded team.
