Q. What are the expectations from Keita (w-inds.) and Taiki (Da-iCE) to BE:FIRST in the future?

KEITA: I’m not flattering, at this pace they will become the best performing group in Japan. They are genuinely skilled. Skills increase the range of expression. It is a part of expressing your image with skill, so even if you have an image, you cannot express it without skill, and even if you have good skill, you can only express it up to the image. I have the impression that they are improving their skills as they raise that image, and they are likely to change rapidly and bottomlessly in 5 or 10 years. I personally am looking forward to it.

TAIKI: As for BE:FIRST potential, it would be more fun if the creative side comes out more, with each member writing and producing their own music. For example, if you can find the right balance between what you want to say in the songs on the album and what you want to put out here, it will spread out more comfortably. I already know Sota is a good performer, so I personally want to know what kind of songs he likes and so on. It would be fun to know what kind of expression you would like to have. I look forward to such a future.

KEITA: How many years has Da-iCE been?

TAIKI: It has been 12 years since the formation.

KEITA: We, w-inds., have been together for 23 years. Dice is 12 years. And BE:FIRST is 2 years. It would be interesting if these three generations could do something together. I hope we can make it happen someday.

Q. What was your most memorable experience with Season 2?

RYUHEI: Sagamihara-Sogo Senior High School was impressive for me. The Rainbow Project (paint walls with students at a school closed) went well, too. I also go to high school, but I am unable to attend many days due to work schedules. In this situation, it was a good memory to share the youth with the students.

JUNON: Tastings were available in the studio. (It wasn’t available when Season 1.) It made me feel good, but I felt like I was doing something I shouldn't.

RYOKI: Dairy farming. It meant a lot to have that experience with this program, but being able to go to that place showed me how hard it really was. The shooting gave me a clear view of my life values by seeing life and death up close. I am very grateful for BE:FIRST TV.

SHUNTO: Spiders after all. (The members were startled when the toy spiders suddenly appeared from the ceiling.)  I didn't think they would come twice, and I was quite surprised the second time.

SOTA: I really had fun at Sea Paradise. It was one of the best shootings of my life. 

MANATO: We performed our songs this time again, and most importantly it was great to be back in the same studio after Season 1. Since this was Season 2 after the release of our album, I was able to perform many songs here, collaborate with Harami-chan, sing in various places, and show various stages. So it was a lot of fun. 

LEO: Mine is Giants! My dream came true. I also received a uniform. I love all, everyone, BE:FIRST Team, BE:FIRST, and Giants baseball players, Daisuki. Everyone is happy.

RYUTA: I would love to have Season 3.

LEO: By 8 people with Ryuta-san.

RYUTA: Let’s aim for that.

RYUHEI: I want to go camping.

SHUNTO: I want to shoot a BE:FIRST TV holiday.

RYUTA: Let's look forward to such things.
