Narrator: BMSG - a music production company led by SKY-HI and includes such as BE:FIRST and MAZZEL. The music festival, which will bring together all the artists belonging to the company, will be broadcast exclusively on Mezamashi. 

SKY-HI: Wow, a cameraman is here. Thank you very much for coming to Osaka.

Narrator: This year's festival, a continuation of last year's event, has scaled up the number of members from 15 to 23.

SKY-HI: We have a lot of new members and need to work hard. I am also pleased to see that positive friendly competitions are happening. 

RYUKI: We were in the audition process a year ago, so it is very emotional to think about it now.

RYUHEI: I think our music has more depth now than last year, which makes the fes more enjoyable.

Narrator: They seem to relax after rehearsals, but the day before the finals there are disciplined moments?

LEO: While the members were in a large public bath, Boss came to look into us.

SKY-HI: It was very noisy, so I was asked, "Boss, could you go over and say a few words?"

RYOKI: We have a rule that we all have to sing songs in the bath loudly. We try to sing proper harmony lines. Music first even when we are in the bath. I knew BMSG is a great company.

Narrator: Finally, the final stage started. The festivals were held in Tokyo and Osaka.

Narrator: A members of MAZZEL, six months after their debut, has a special attachment to this stage.

NAOY: I used to perform on the streets around Osaka-jo Hall and said, "I will be an artist who can stand on this hall someday." It is really emotional.

Narrator: They achieved their dreams and gave a magnificent performance.

Narrator: BE:FIRST is having fun dancing backstage right before the performance.

SKY-HI: They are great. I would be proud to show them to the world.

Narrator: Such a CEO also delivers a hot voice.

SKY-HI: My life has a lot of things, but I can truly say that it couldn't have been better. Thank you for the greatest life! 

Narrator: At the end all 23 members appeared together to conclude about five-hour live. They tossed the CEO up in the air.

LEO: Boss, thank you so much!

Q. What was fun backstage?

SKY-HI: I cherish looking at live shows by the stage. I see them and say all kinds of things. When other artists are on and they give a good performance or have a cool moment, I say, "Wow, they are amazing!" and I get pretty excited. 

KAIRYU: It pumps me up.

SKY-HI: It's so fun. Here is the footage for that scene.

RAN: Is it already prepared?

- At the end of the interview, SKY-HI had a surprise for the MAZZEL members! -

KAIRYU: Letters? Letters?

SKY-HI: Yes, letters.

NAOYA: From Boss? 

SEITO: Really?

KAIRYU: Can't wait for reading.

EIKI: We were the only ones who knew about ithis, but Boss gave the personal letters to each of us before the fes. I read it. At the end he wrote, "Thank you so much for being one of us." I thought he was a loving boss, and I truly think that we are here on this stage because Hidaka-san had a dream.
RYUKI: Arigato.

- About BE:FIRST's Activities -
SKY-HI: BE:FIRST debuted in 2021, and less than a year later I invited them to perform at the first BMSG FES. It hadn't been a year since their debut then, but they performed as a main artist at the last. From that point on, they were going to be the artists who didn't need to be introduced as "newcomers". In the year since then, there has been no need for them such the word. If they are asked, "Who is the best singing and dancing artist in Japan today?" they can proudly say, "We are very cool" without being conceited or overly modest. They are like that, and so are their performances. It's already fun to see them!

BF: Arigato gozaimasu.

SHUNTO: I'm happy.

SKY-HI: That's the way of saying someone who's really happy.

SHUNTO: I'm really happy.

- Is there a plan for next year's BMSG FES? -

SKY-HI: Actually, I already have one in mind.

LEO: I see. Are you going to present that in the bathf ater we are done today?

SKY-HI: The bathroom is fine after everything is done. Let's just focus on the day until it's over.

RYOKI: I'm going to sing loudly in the bath, so I'm not sure if I can hear SKY-HI san's words.

LEO: Hey, listen! Let's listen to it when you're there.

SKY-HI: You never stop singing.

RYOKI: That's the only thing I can't stop. I'm sorry, I can't prioritize.

SKY-HI: I just don't feel bad.

LEO: And it's limited to sing nostalgic songs.

SKY-HI: Everyone was wonderful on stage!
