We have been assigned to design a new building, let's put our heads together for the best possible outcome.

However, we must be careful to not block the view of the park. To achieve this, we will incorporate large windows on the park-facing side of the building.

The building's exterior should be covered with mirror polished granite stone. This will give the building a stylish and modern look while reflecting the surrounding environment, merging the building and park view seamlessly.

The roof eaves should be wide enough to cover the sidewalks around the building, providing shelter from rain or sun. Also, these eaves will be important for our drainage system.

Next, for landscaping around the building, we plan to locate some hedges under the windows. These green barriers will not only increase the aesthetics but also provide some privacy for the building occupants.
