最近、転職活動をされている方々より、度々苦情のご連絡をいただくようになりました。WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて、ATJを名乗る「なりすまし・詐欺メッセージ」が多発しております。
メッセージは主に海外からの発信で、架空の求人情報を送り、個人情報を聞き出すような内容で、弊社だけに止まらず、リクルーティング業界の他社名を使うケースも多数報告されています。
我々は、ヘッドハンティング会社として、求職者様の個人情報を守る義務があります。みなさまの個人情報を守るために、下記ご一読ください。

ATJでは、求職者様へのご連絡はご登録いただいているメール・電話番号へ連絡を行なっております。LinkedInなどのSNSプラットフォームを利用したご連絡は、オフィシャルアカウントおよび弊社HPに紹介されているスタッフのアカウントからのみです。WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて個人情報を要求することも一切ございませんので、十分に注意をお願いいたします。

「ATJ」を名のる、心あたりのないメッセージを受信された場合は、決してＵＲＬクリックなどを行わず、スパム報告及びメッセージの削除をされますようお願いいたします。弊社からの連絡かどうか確認したい場合は、info@atj.asiaまでお気軽にお問い合わせください。
尚、本件については、当社から各機関や警察への報告を行っております。皆さまにも十分にご注意いただき、万が一、被害が生じた場合は所轄の警察へご相談をお願いいたします。

As a headhunting company, we take our responsibility to safeguard the personal information of job seekers very seriously.

ATJ will only contact job seekers through the registered email and phone numbers. Communication via social networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, is conducted exclusively through official accounts and the accounts of staff members introduced on our official website (www.atj.asia).  We do not request any personal information via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, so please exercise utmost caution.

If you receive a message claiming to be from "ATJ" that seems unfamiliar, please refrain from clicking on any URLs or attachments, and kindly report it as spam while deleting the message.  If you wish to verify whether a communication is from our company, please feel free to contact us directly via info@atj.asia. Furthermore, we want to assure you that any complaint will be taken seriously and we will report the matter to the relevant authorities.
