やっほ〜お久しぶりのはがです！記事書くの久しぶりで、ちょっと緊張するなぁ〜〜

皆様、いかがお過ごしですか？私は、1クォーターの授業はオンラインのみ。
なので、札幌に戻って洋裁教室に通ったり、webデザインの勉強をしたりしてます！
どっちも凄く難しいけど、0からのスタートだから成長を実感できて、とても楽しいです。
いくつになっても、新しいことを始めるのって最高〜！

Hi~~ Long time no see ne! I’m Haga.
how are you doing? I’m only taking online classes for the 1Q. So, I’m going back to my hometown, sapporo and starting to study about web design and sewing.
Both are very difficult for me, but I’m having a lot of fun because everysing are new experience and feel my growth.
It’s great to start something new, no matter how old you are dane~

さて、今回は新入生インタビュー後半戦。
ということで、新しく大学生活をスタートさせた3人の超フレッシュな1回生へインタビューをしてきました。

みんなも1回生だった頃を思い出して、ほっこりしてください💛
そして答えてくれた1回生のみんなもありがとう！

１.上田稜くん（りょう）/ 1回生 / 大阪 / APM

① 大阪育ちのりょうくん、選んだ言葉は「楽しい」でした。
② 生活の変化と国際色豊かな環境がとても楽しいです。元々インターナショナルスクールに通っていたんですけど、APUの方が受け入れている国数が多いので、すごく幅が広がって、楽しいです！
③ サークルの運営や留学をやってみたいです。でもやっぱり、一番は常に楽しむことかなと思ってます。
④ 入学式で出会った4人でオールして、みんなで朝日を見たってことですね。大学生活が始まって間もないのに、楽しい思い出が増えて嬉しいです！

りょうくんありがとう！！

1. Ryo Ueda, freshman / Osaka / APM

① He grew up in Osaka, and chosen word was “fun”
② He really enjoy this APU life, he went to an international school, but APU has diversity more, so it’s really fun!!
③ He would like to run a circle and go to study abroad. Also, he thinks the most important things is to always have fun.
④ he and his friends who met entrance ceremony all out and watched sunrise. he really glad to have more fun memories even though only just started my APU life~

２. 宮本光兼くん（こうけん）/ 1回生 / 北海道 / APM

① なんと地元は北海道〜わーい同郷だね！選んだ言葉は、「キャンパスライフ全然最高だよ！」でした。
② これがキャンパスライフかって思いました。色んな人と出会えて楽しいです！
③ 留学してみたいなって。高校1年生の時にカナダへ留学する予定だったんですけど、コロナで出来なかったので、リベンジしたいと思ってます。
④ 話すことが好きなので、何気ない会話とかでも楽しいなって。究極ですけど、毎日楽しいです！！

2. Miyamoto, Kouken / freshman / Hokkaido / APM

① His hometwon is Hokkaido! wow, we’re from the same town ne~ and he chose “campus life is totally great!”
② He rhought “This is what campus life!!” it’s fun to meet all kinds of people.
③ He wants to study abroad. He was going to study abroad in Canada when highschool students, but because of COVID-19… so we want to take his revenge!
④ he likes talking with friends, so even casual chats are so fun. ultimetly, I’m having fun every day!

３. 渡邉幹太くん（かんた）/ 1回生 / 福岡 / APS

① かんたくんの出身は福岡〜選んだ言葉は、「充実」でした。
② APUにきて違う文化とか、自分はハウスではないのですがアメリカの人と話してみて全然ほかの大学とは違った特色があるなと感じました。
③ 留学をしたいのとTS（小クラスのサポーター）をやりたいなと思います。あとは、プレAPUキャンプ※に参加したことがあるので、いつかはそのTSもやってみたいかなって思ってます！
④ そのキャンプで知り合った友達とひょうたん温泉にいったことです。福岡には、ほとんど温泉がないので、新鮮な体験をできたと思います。

※ プレAPUキャンプとは
3月上旬から新入生向けに行われるoff-cumpus program の1つ。小クラスごとに分かれて、英語学習はもちろん、キャリア学習や、友達作りなどが行われる。プレAPUキャンプで出会った友達は、一生の友達になることが多く、今でも仲の良い友達でいることが多い。（2019年度プレAPUキャンプ参加者より）

3. Kanta Watanabe / freshman / Fukuoka / APS

① He is from Fukuoka, his chosen word was “fulfilment”.
② He is not AP house student, but he spoke people from US, he felt APU is really precious environment.
③ He would like to study abroad and do TS （teaching supporter）. Also, he went Pre-APU Camp※. So he want to become TS of this program.
④ He went to Hyotan-onsen with his friends who met at that camp. In my hometown, Fukuoka , are hardly any hotsprings, so it was a fresh experience for me.

※ What’s Pre-APU Camp?
One of the off-campus programmes held for new students from March. Students are divided into small classes and they study English, learn about APU careers and make friends. Many of the friends made at thi program become lifelong friends, and many are still good friends today. （from participant of 2019）

みんな、とってもフレッシュで、私も3年前の若々しい頃を思い出しました・・・
新入生の皆様にとって、実りのある特別な4年間になりますように。
そして、2〜4回生のみんな、フレッシュな気持ちを思い出しながら、一緒に濃いAPU生活を送っていきましょう！
