個人記事第3弾！ピチピチの１回生みらくちゃんの初個人記事です！みなさんのプリキュアに対する興味の有無はさておき、私の大好きなプリキュアを面白おかしく紹介する(つもりな)ので是非読んでください！

This is our third individual article! It's the first article of fresh girl miraku chan. I am not sure if you know Precure and have an interest in it, but I will try to introduce it. So, please read it happily!

プリキュアになりたーーい✨みなさんもそういう時期ありましたよね？アイドルにもパティシエにもお花屋さんにも何でもなれると思ってた…みたいな！
私、高校生まで将来の夢はプリキュアだったんですが、プリキュアって大体中学生なんです…。高2(18歳)がプリキュアの最高年齢で、19歳になった時私はもうプリキュアにはなれないんだと絶望しました。これをきっかけに改めてプリキュアとは？を考え直すことにしました。

I wanna be a precure!!!!!✨I'm sure you've all been there at one point or another, right? Like, you thought you could be an idol, a pastry chef, a florist and anything...!
My dream for the future was to be a precure until I was in high school, but precures are usually in middle school.... The highest age to become a precure was in my second year of high school (18years), and when I turned 19years, I despaired that I couldn't be a precure anymore. This incident led me to rethink what precure is. I decided to reconsider.

まずプリキュアって何！？って思っている人もいるかも知れません。簡単に言うと少女戦士ですかね？ちなみに「プリティー（PRETTY＝かわいい）＋キュア（CURE＝癒す・治す）」を合わせた造語らしいです。プリキュアシリーズは2004年から現在までテレビ朝日系列で毎週日曜日に放送しているテレビアニメです。ストーリーとしては、ある日ごく普通の少女のもとに妖精が空から降ってきて伝説の戦士「プリキュア」として変身して、悪の組織と身一つで戦う流れが一般的です。

First of all, what are precures? Some of you may be thinking.Simply put, they are girl warriors or something like that? By the way, Precure seems to be a coined word combining Pretty and Cure. Precure series are TV animation series that have been broadcast every Sunday from 2004 to the present. The story is that a fairy falls from the sky one day and transforms into a legendary warrior named "Precure" to fight against an evil organization.

私がプリキュアシリーズのどこが好きかというと1番は信念を持っていることです。プリキュアが初めて変身する時って「誰かを守りたい、助けたい」って強く思った時だと思うんです。「変身」はその気持ちを具現化したもので、プリキュアになりたいって思ってプリキュアになってる人は一人もいないんです！誰かのために変わりたいと思う気持ちがプリキュアの素質なんだと思います。つまりプリキュアになる事が「目的」なのではなく、プリキュアになることは大切な何かを守るための「手段」でしかないということ…盲点でした。私がプリキュアになれなかった理由が判明しましたね！これは逆に考えると誰かを助けたいって気持ちがある人はみんなプリキュアなんですよ！？私もあなたもプリキュアだったんです知らず知らずのうちに！！びっくり！

What I like about the Precure series is that precures have faith. I think the first time a Precure character transforms is when they feel strongly that they want to protect and save someone. Transformation is the embodiment of that feeling, and no one becomes a Precure because they want to be a Precure! I think the desire to change for the sake of someone else is what makes them Precures. In other words, becoming Precure is not an "objective," but becoming Precure is only a "means" to protect something important…! It was a blind spot. I guess now you know why I could never become a Precure! This goes the other way, everyone who has the desire to help someone is a Precure! You and I were both Precure, unknowingly! Surprise!

この記事を読んでるみなさんの年齢は分かりませんが、私と同じ世代だとプリキュア5の全盛期だと思います。

I don't know the age of everyone reading this article, but if you are of my generation, you are in the golden age of Precure 5.

この辺は一般的に聞いたことあるな！くらいの認識ですよね？(^^)
プリキュアシリーズには「女の子だって暴れたい」というコンセプトがあります。知ってましたか？私は知りませんでした（笑）プリキュアシリーズ以前には仮面ライダーや戦隊もの等、ターゲット層が男の子を意識した作品しかなく、その女の子バージョンがなかったんですね。女性らしさである「か弱さ」や「おしとやか」に対して反抗するアンチテーゼ的な意味で作られているらしいです。

You've heard of this series in general! You are just aware of it, aren't you? (^^)
The Precure series has a concept that “even girls want to be violent”. Did you know that? I didn't know that. The Precure series, there were only works such as “Kamen Rider” and “Sentai” that had boys as the target audience, and there were no girl versions of them. I heard that it was created to be the antithesis of feminine "weakness" and "femininity".

初代プリキュアの「ふたりはプリキュア」はキックやパンチなどの技を決める武闘派戦士であり、当時は女の子がバチバチ戦闘するのは珍しいことだったと思います。他にも色々プリキュアらしさはあるんですが、こういった所などがその時代を象徴するような新しい価値観を提示するコンテンツとしてヒットしたんだと思います。今でもプリキュアは時代の最前線にいて、社会問題に対してプリキュアなりの答えを出しています。例えば今期のプリキュア(デリシャスパーティープリキュア)には初めてレギュラーメンバーのプリキュアに男の子が参戦します。

The first Precure series, "Futari wa Precure" featured battle-like kicking and punching techniques, and at the time it was very rare to see girls engage in battle. There were many other things that were unique to Precure, but I think these things made it a hit as content that suggested a new sense of values that symbolized the times. Even now, Precure is at the most advanced of the times, offering its own answers to social issues. For example, in the most recent series Precure (Delicious Party Precure), a boy joins the regular Precure members for the first time.

これまで(女性の自立がテーマ)と全く違う流れで話題になりました。男の子はプリキュア(戦う女の子達)の妨げになるのではなく、サポートする存在であるという位置付けで感動しました。男の子でもプリキュアになれるし、女性の自立は女性だけで解決出来る問題ではないということ……！？と解釈して、SDGsかよ！？って思いました。他にもプリキュアには宇宙人がいたり褐色肌の子がいたりと、ジェンダーフリーから多様性にテーマが広がっています。 すごい！！こんな感じで大人でも楽しく見ることが出来ます！大学での学びにも繋がるところもあるのではないでしょうか？！

The topic was a completely different trend from the past (theme of women's independence). I was moved by the positioning of boys as supporters rather than obstacles to Precure (fighting girls). Even boys can be Precure, and that women's independence is not a problem that can be solved by women alone..! I interpreted that to mean the SDGs! I thought other Precures have aliens and brown-skinned girl, and the theme expands from gender-free to diversity. Amazing!!! Even adults can have fun watching like this! I'm sure some of it will connect to what you're learning in college!

今回はプリキュアシリーズの表面的な部分について書きましたが、今度はもっと深く紹介出来たらいいなと思います！進化し続けるプリキュアと共に私も成長していきたいです(^^;この記事で少しでも興味を持ってもらえたら嬉しいです。

This time I wrote about the superficial aspects of the Precure series, but now I hope to introduce them in more depth! I hope to grow up together with the ever-evolving Precure(^^;I hope you'll be interested in this article, even if only a little．
