First of all, so-called US Judges have to prove his big money crime, how to realize stealing, $17 Million USD from Ohtani's real bank account. 
Then it will be easy to accept and understand that Ippei Mizuhara has covered and protected Shouhei Ohtani, from his dishonorable gamble scandal, as Mizuhara's incidents. 
In anyway, Shouhei Ohtani should honestly say that I have paid the whole money, instead of Mizuhara's gamble debts, as their long and mutual friendship.
