Letters to what I will be in the future. This is what I want to try in my Note. The idea comes from a service I found in a TV programme. The service, which is provided by a company, FREEMONT, is to write a letter to what I am in a year's time. It has a shop in Tokyo and offers the time and space to do it. In the TV programme, I saw some visitors writing their letters for what they will be in a year's time and others reading the letters they wrote a year ago. It was two young women's talks that interested me in the programme. They came back to the shop to read the letters that they had written a year ago when they were at university. But now they are not students, they work in a company and look very busy. To them in such a different environment, the letters seem to tell a lot to them. I did not understand exactly what the letters meant to them. But at least, I found the letters were very helpful and encouraging for them. They looked very happy and satisfied that they had written the letters. I am not sure, but it looked like that after reading their letters, they were writing their new letters to what they would be in a year's time.
That has encouraged me to try the same thing. But a year is too long to wait for. So I will try to write a letter to what I will be in a month's time.

　未来の自分への手紙。これがボクがnoteでやってみたいことです。あるテレビ番組で見つけたサービスをみてこれをやりたくなりました。フリーモントという会社が提供しているそのサービスは、1年後の自分に手紙を書くというものです。東京に店舗があり、時間と場所を提供してくれます。
　番組では、1年後の自分への手紙を書きに来る人と、1年前に自分宛てに書いた手紙を読みにくる人がいました。番組の中で、興味深かったのは、2人組の若い女性の話です。２人は、大学生だった1年前に書いた手紙を読むために店に戻ってきていました。今は大学を卒業し、会社員として忙しく働いているようです。環境が変わった彼女たちに、手紙は多くのことを語りかけているようです。彼女たちに、この手紙がどんな意味があるのかは、よくわかりません。でも、手紙が、彼女たちの助けになり、励みになっていることはわかります。手紙を書いたことにとても満足している様子でした。よくわかりませんが、手紙を読んだ後、1年後の自分に向けて、また、新しい手紙を書いているように見えました。
　それを見て、私も同じことをやってみようと思いました。でも、1年後は長すぎて待てないので、1ヵ月後の自分に向けて手紙を書いてみようと思います。
