A luxury home is now being under construction near my apartment. As it has only just begun, I do not know it in detail. But it seems a two or three-story home with reinforced concrete.
 I am concerned that the home may adversely affect a wooden apartment adjacent to it. It is about to block the right side of the apartment. In addition, the apartment has already been sandwiched between two taller buildings on the front and back sides and prevented from getting the sun. As a result, it cannot receive the sun from three sides.
 Residents must live in a room without sunlight. I guess the apartment is bound to be demolished, and the residents have to leave it.

　近所で高級住宅の建築工事が進んでいます。工事は始まったばかりで詳しいことは分かりませんが、少なくとも2階か3階建ての鉄筋の家です。この家自体には問題はないのですが、この家が建つことで、隣にあるアパートが気になります。この家は、アパートの右側をふさぎます。そして、アパートは、前方と後方には既に高い建物ビルに挟まれており、前方と後方からは日が差し込まない状態になっています。その結果、アパートには三方から日が入らなくなります。
　住民は日のあたらない生活を強いられます。近々、アパートは取り壊され、住民は立ち退くのではと想像しています。
