フラグが建てられたトロフィーはプラチナトロフィーですが、不具合で取得させられたトロフィーはもう一つあります。それは最後に取得した事になっている"バディシップ"です。

これは原因のわからない不具合ですので状況を書き記します。それで判断してもらうしかありません。

2017/5月
キャンペーン中の自由行動時にバディを優先して救助していましたが、その時にバディシップトロフィーは取得できませんでした。よってバディを助けに行かずにキャンペーンを進め、強制的にバディを救助するイベントが発生してからクリアすればトロフィーが取れると考え、最後のトロフィーとして残していました。

2017/08/13
FC2はバディシップトロフィーのみ未取得の状態でした。その時私はプラチナトロフィー100個目に取るゲームの時期を調整していました。PS4のEnergy Cycleをプレイしており、いくつかトロフィーが取れた段階で調整ミスが無いようにと、自分の持っているコンソール全機(2PS4、2PS3、2VITAの計6台)をトロフィー同期しました。PS4をトロフィー同期した時にバディシップトロフィーが2017/04/26取得扱いで突然ポップしました。
しかしこれはトロフィー同期の際に起きた不具合であり、ゲーム外で最終トロフィーを取得したためプラチナトロフィーは取得できませんでした。
その日SONYにも問い合わせましたが、「トロフィーに関してはメーカー次第」「最後のトロフィーを取得したと同時にプラチナトロフィーが取得できるとは限らない。ゲームによる。」との事で問題は解決しませんでした。
さらにFC2は16人必須トロフィーや多大なグラインドトロフィーがリストにあるため、別本体でオフラインでプラチナトロフィーまで取得して同期する方法も使えませんでした。よって私はFC2のプラチナトロフィー取得を諦めました。

2017/10/03
PS4を同期したところFC2のプラチナトロフィーのみが取得され、リストの最上段に表示されました。プラチナトロフィーの取得日は2017/08/13であり、前記の不具合で最後のトロフィーを取得した事が確認できた日付でした。
以上により私のFC2のラストトロフィーは2017/04/26バディシップで2017/08/13プラチナトロフィー取得になっています。

I had prioritized rescuing a buddy during a free action during the campaign, but did not get the The best laid plans trophy at that time.
This is because I thought that I could get the trophy if I completed the quest to rescue my buddy after the forced rescue quest occurred.

Aug 13, 2017
FC2 was the only buddy ship trophy that I had not yet earned.
At that time I was adjusting the timing of the game I was taking for my 100th platinum trophy.
While playing Energy Cycle on PS4, I synced trophies for all my consoles (2PS4, 2PS3, 2VITA for a total of 6 consoles) to make sure I didn't make a coordination mistake when I got a few trophies.
When I synced the PS4 with the trophies, the The best laid plans trophy suddenly popped up as treated as acquired on Apr 26, 2017.
However, this was a glitch that occurred during trophy synchronization, and the platinum trophy could not be obtained because the final trophy was obtained outside of the game.
I contacted SONY that day, but they told me that "Trophies are up to the publisher" and "It is not always possible to get the Platinum Trophy at the same time you get the last trophy. It depends on the game." The problem was not solved.
To make matters worse, FC2 has a list of 16 required trophies and a great deal of grind trophies, so I could not use the method of getting to the platinum trophy offline on a separate console and syncing it.
Therefore, I gave up on getting the Platinum Trophy for FC2.

When I synced my PS4, only the FC2 platinum trophy was acquired and displayed at the top of the list.
The date the platinum trophy was acquired was Aug 13, 2017, which was the date I was able to confirm that I acquired the last trophy due to the aforementioned glitch.
Based on the above, my last trophy for FC2 is the Apr 26, 2017 The best laid plans trophy, followed by the Aug 13, 2017 Platinum trophy acquisition.

This is a glitch and out of game, so I am describing the entire situation on Twitter at the time and I am not cheating.
However, since I do not know the cause of this event, I will provide an explanation in chronological order along with the twitter at the time.
