-Ask a woman, "may I take your coat" when they enter, and place it neatly over the back of a chair in prominent view or on a hanger in the closet.
Their is no rule on exactly how to do it. The woman may say no. But if I don't do it, I am deficient in Western Wabi Sabi.

Tell a woman, especially your mother that she looks beautiful. A girl that she looks pretty. And if a lady is looking particularly lady like. Wearing nice "revealing clothes". Showing some high thigh and cleavage as if going on a date or Man Fishing, "you look Hot!"
Any measure of the adjective "hot" will do.
Alluring, inviting, tantalizing, appealing, and the like. Usually depending on the males age, the adjective used should fit, ranging from youth to mature.

Be the first to approach.
Be the first to speak. Usually a greeting for the proper time of day, followed up with a mild compliment.
I like your hair. Did you just come from the beauty salon?
You must be going on a date!
I envy the man your meeting today.

She will then naturally respond.
Thank you!
Oh your just saying that! Slow hand wave from up to down.
Or, "I have no man that I'm meeting, till now!"

Again, the first to speak approach usually depends on the males age and should fit ranging from youth to mature,
and to "I Want to go to Bed with you."
