前回のクロスラベルと同じように、よく起きることは、貨物がミッシングすることです。フォワーダーがある貨物を少なめに渡したり、航空会社の上屋あるいは経由地でなくなったり、事故はどこでも起きられます。今回はメールのやり取り式で作ってみました。

NRT Air Import : Can you advise on missing 1pc urgently? Storage charges have started to accrue on this shipment as the other pcs are in warehouse awaiting for 1 pc.

SIN Air Export : We have not received an update from the Airline and our warehouse .We will continue to press for an update on locating the missing piece.

NRT Air Import : Understood. Can we get a daily update for this missing freight status? Appreciate your advise.

　貨物のミッシングは現場で結構起きていて、お客様から苦情を頂くこともしばしばです。ミッションは輸送費を節約するため、バラで送る(パレット化せずに)、ミスハンドリング、盗難など、原因は様々です。起きたら、皆様が慌てず対応することを祈ります🤲。
