【True story】After a year of working as an NFT artist...

Hello, I'm Hikaru, the creator of GALAXY POP CREW.

Today, I would like to reflect on our activities to date as it has been one year since we started NFT Art.

Looking back 365 days ago. At the time, I was a singer songwriter and entertainment Tiktoker. My goal was to get people to love the music I produced.

However, I didn't like the idea of having a fan base for myself when I wanted to spread the word about the music I created. So I entered the NFT art world with my MacBook and iPad, which I didn't know how to use at the time.

I started every day putting all my passion for music and short movie making into NFT activities!

My NFT Art project includes hand-painted backgrounds of 47 prefectures in Japan, 193 countries around the world, and a few in space. 20% of the final proceeds were to be invested in space development.
The first piece looked like this.

To be honest, I repeatedly had days when I could not paint as well as I wanted to, or when I was just groping my way through things. However, in the midst of these days, I came to strongly believe that "I want to be able to paint pictures that can move people more and more through this life, even though I can't be anything else.

I met many people who supported me in my activities with this in mind.

What a peace filled with happiness.

Then I started getting requests from outside the NFT industry.

I was also in the top 5 NFT ranking in Japan.

I felt that my daily routine, which had remained unchanged, began to move a little.

And speaking of other changes, I have been able to interact with some very talented creators.

I had never been involved with anyone who had artistic sensibilities, and I was too happy.

And I was further interviewed for an article in Japanese.

It was like a burst of soda water for me.

And now.
Rush of exhibitions!

For me, it was too much of a shock to see my work exhibited in downtown areas of Japanese cities, on train platforms, and even across borders in foreign countries.

And I can see myself improving the quality of my work, little by little, and I am very happy every day.

Current Works

Incidentally, 50 of the 55 works were SOLD OUT!

I was a lethargic 14-year-old with no dreams and not a single interest in anything, but this experience made me realize that life can change in an amazing amount of ways in a year if you master what you love.

We can surely live by what we love if we have passion and strong convictions.

Frankly, it takes an enormous amount of energy, time, and eye strain to produce a work of art.

That is why I would like to continue to move forward with the happiness of being able to leave my work in the world and in the world while I am still alive.

And I would also like to grow into a person who can give dreams and hopes to many people through art!

Having something you love is sometimes a stronger weapon than a machine gun.

At the end of my life, when I look back on my life as an artist, I want to be able to confidently say that it was an activity that I have no regrets about!

One year into NFT art activities. My next goal is to create a representative work!

I am still going on!
