Learn Japanese cuisine and culture with your kids! ~ Hinamatsuri (Doll’s Day) cooking ~ 21 Feb 2016

The Global Families(http://www.theglobalfamilies.com/)is pleased to offer you a unique opportunity to learn typical dishes for Hinamatsuri (雛祭り) with your kid. It will be a great experience to know how to cook Japanese food and Japanese culture. Here is a detail of the event;

Schedule:Sunday, February 21st,2016 10:30-13:30
Venue:Near Kinshicho station (Detailed location will be informed for the attendees)
Price:4000 Yen per a kid & a parent (Kid should be over 3 year old)
Menu:Typical Hinamatsuri cuisine
(Please contact us if you want to know more details about the ingredients in advance)
Instructor:Mio Ota 
Number of participants: 6 pairs of kid & parent
What to bring:Aprons, Hand towels, Slippers(If you want)

March 3rd is Hina Matsuri (Doll Festival or Girls' Festival), when people pray for the happiness and healthy growth of girls. Families with young daughters mark this day by setting up a display of dolls inside the house and eat some special food.

If you wish to participate, please inform us your name, email address and age of your kid who will attend the class with you.
