When Lou was swimming in the big ocean again, he saw an old dog behind him.When the old dog saw Lou, he sped up and approached him.
“Who are you, are you lost?”The old dog said.
“I'm Lou, and I'm not lost, I'm going back to Snow Island,”Lou said.
“I'm old Rock,” he said. “Snow Island's the other way.”
“What did you say?”Lou shouted and Lou's eyes widened in surprise.
“You are lost.There's a lot of people getting lost around here because of the currents,I'll take you to the parting tide. Follow me,”Rock said.With that, Rock started to head toward the sun.Lou held back his tears and followed him.
Rock was mumbling to himself, but his voice was not quite sure if he was talking to himself or to Lou.
“This is why young people are so hard to keep an eye on.They don't know what they're capable of, and they just go along at random.”
“I'm glad to have found you, thank you.” Lou said.
“When I was young, it was hard to cross an island.Today's young people don't know the hardships of their predecessors.”
 Fishes were wading in the wide, beautiful sea.
“I'm glad you told me because I didn't know!”Lou said.
“You talk as if you know.When I was young, I'd get my fists in the air if I said anything cheeky.”
“Really? Those were scary times.How are you spending your time now?”Lou ask him.
“...I'm living in peace and good times every day.Every now and then I meet a stray like yourself to inspire me.”As Old Rock's mouth curled into a smile, we could see the parting tide.
“If you ride this current, you should reach Snow Island.Don't get lost again,”Rock took a different tide to see a different ocean.

When Lou rode the current with trepidation, his big body was taken away at once, and he was in a state of surfing.
“Wow, this is great! This will get us to Snow Island in one stroke!”Lou continued to ride the current.
