さらに、登録メンバーは２３人から２６人に拡大されるようです。

個人的にはいいニュースだと思います。

・若手→交代要員でも出場する機会が増える可能性がある
・ベテラン→９０分持たないかもという理由で登録外になる可能性があったものが、６０分なら使いたいという理由で登録される可能性大

こんな感じでしょうか？

今から４０年位前は交代は無かった（どっかのサッカー番組で見ました）ことを考えると、とてもいい進歩を遂げていると思います。
