今回は前回の続きの結論からまた訳していきます。

Conclusions

上部線維は関節内という解剖学的構造である一方で下部線維とCFLは等尺性や関節外靭帯、共通の腓骨挿入部を持っているなど、いくつかの共通の特徴を有しており、弓状線維により、連結している。これらの解剖学的、力学的特徴から下部線維とCFL,これらを連結する弓状線維は全体として、機能的にそして解剖学的に実在している。この研究で記述されている足関節のLFTCL複合体という名前は初めて記載されたものである。
