Their existence is not limited to Japan but is the same in other countries worldwide.
In other words, there are only a few true artists.
This paper is another excellent proof that I am right when I say that no one in the world today deserves the Nobel Prize in Literature more than Masayuki Takayama.

The Occupation Constitution and the Eugenics Protection Law were both slick conspiracies of GHQ.
F. Roosevelt said he would "confine Japan to four islands and debilitate it.
Japan was obliterated by white supremacy.　
Soon after becoming President, Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) befriended Smithsonian Institution anthropologist Aleš Hrdlička.　
Hrdlička, a native of the Czech Republic, was a fanatical white supremacist who hated the yellow Japanese with a vengeance.　
When FDR made his so-called segregation speech in 1937, denouncing Japan and Germany, Hrdlička, who sympathized with him, immediately sent a letter to the President.
The Japanese wear the veneer of civilization, but their recent behavior is full of treachery and barbarism. They are island pirates" (Christopher Zorn, The Pacific War for America and Britain).
He verbally abuses Japan.　
He urges war, saying, "Arouse my people to take up arms against Japan, no matter what obstacles stand in their way," and "It would be an eternal disgrace if we merely sit back and do nothing.
When FDR asked why the Japanese were so violent, Hrdlička replied, "Because their skulls are 2,000 years behind ours."
The answer seems to satisfy FDR, and from then on, he drags the Japanese into the war to beat them up as an act of world justice.　
However, both FDR and Secretary of the Navy Frank Knox were convinced that if war broke out, Japan could be wiped off the map of the earth in three months.
In reality, however, the Japanese were beaten to a pulp.
The U.S. lost its Pacific Fleet, the British sank the Prince of Wales, and the Allied fleets of Britain, Australia, and the Netherlands in the Indian Ocean were crushed.　
In 1943, when the United States regained its footing, FDR invited British Minister Ronald Campbell to his private residence in Hyde Park to discuss his views on Asia after the defeat of Japan.　
The president "vigorously brandished the Hrdlička doctrine," Campbell wrote to his home country.

The Eugenic Protection Act was passed and proliferated.　
At the war's end, even though the victory had already been decided, burning cities all over Japan, dropping atomic bombs, and machine-gunning even children were among the measures taken to "exterminate the Japanese people."　
GHQ thought that the shortcut to Japan's downfall would be eliminating the species as FDR had suggested, but as expected, this wasn't easy to carry out.
The next best solution was to restrict births.
The next best solution was to have the government thoroughly promote family planning while spreading the same idea of "Freeing women from childbirth and childcare" as Marcuse and others.
Fortunately, there was a woman who was ideally suited to this idea.
1931, Shizue Kato founded the Japan Childbirth Control League, which advocated "Free women from childbirth and childcare and enjoy sex." Before Hitler, she called for the "abortion of bad seeds because they burden society.　
GHQ had Shizue stand in the first postwar lower house election.
Shizue was "persuaded by the GHQ general" (Shizue's autobiography) to run for the House of Councillors the following year.　
Jiichiro Matsumoto, Sanzo Nosaka, and others were also elected to the House of Councillors by GHQ nomination the following year.
GHQ decided who the candidates would be and whether they would win or lose.
One of the bills discussed was the Eugenic Protection Bill, which Shizue advocated for "freedom of abortion and the cutting off of bad seeds."　
Many members of the Diet opposed the bill, saying there would be no need to imitate Hitler now, but they could not resist the GHQ.
The bill was passed.　
The Eugenic Protection Act worked well enough, and Marcuse's "free sex" was spread in classrooms by the Japan Teachers' Union.
If a junior high school student became pregnant, she could have had an abortion under the Eugenic Protection Law.　
On the other hand, there were stories here and there that parents who were concerned about the future of their disabled children also relied on this law.　
Seventy years later, the Asahi Shimbun newspaper began to hold the government responsible because some people were forced sterilized under the Eugenic Protection Law.
The idiotic Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) is also making a big show of apologizing in the preface of the bill to provide relief to the victims of the law.
You hide the truth, too, for the sake of constitutional protection.　
It is OK to blame the government this way, but why don't the media and lawmakers investigate the origins of this evil law?
If you look into it, you will find that its originator was Kato Shizue, who was officially approved by GHQ, that the Socialist Party and the Communist Party actively supported this evil Eugenic Protection Law, and that the Asahi Shinmono was also conveying the will of GHQ to the people as the voice of God.　
People make mistakes.
Why ignore them when you can honestly admit it?
It is because the MacArthur Constitution is in the bill that Shizue Kato and his colleagues deliberated on and passed.　
Constitutionalists have said, "Even if the Constitution was imposed, it was adequately deliberated in the Diet."　
However, such a claim would only collapse if the Diet included many people selected by GHQ interference.　
To protect the Constitution, they must hide the truth.
They are a disgraceful bunch.
