My walking partner : walking shoes.



I wasn't conscious of the correct way to walk until I started walking.

I observed how I walked
and realized I was landing on my heels.

I had always thought that landing on the heels was the way to walk since I was a child.


When I started walking, I searched for the correct way to walk.

I discovered a shocking new fact about the correct way to walk.

Search results:

"The basic principle of 'fatigue-free walking' is not to land on the heels and not to take wide steps."
"The key to fatigue-free walking is not landing on the heels and gripping the ground with your toes."


Now, I land by gripping the ground with my big toe.

I am practicing this way of walking.



And indeed, my lower back pain has been cured.

In my case,
this way of walking is the best.
