We're off to play hide and seek at Tsujido Seaside Park. I step into the muddy splash pond—it's chilly. Continuing on to the sea, we battle the cold while building sand mountains. Even after washing my hands, I can't resist touching the sand again. "I just can't help it!" Next, we visit the Transportation Museum where I try the train simulator and master the braking technique. "Why can I have ice cream today?" I wonder. On the return train, we sit on the lowest level where there's less swaying, making the ride more comfortable. Arriving in Shinjuku, it's unusual that I don't take Mom to the bathroom. I finish the day with a melon frappuccino and sleep on the bus until morning.
