Ms. Tsuzaki is a researcher and evaluation professional with 15 years of experience in providing strategic planning and execution, policy research, fundraising, and monitoring and evaluation in social development in four sectors: academic institutions, public sector, private sector, and the nonprofit sector. She has worked extensively in the fields of international development, community development, economic development, social impact, and medical education at UN-HABITAT, National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Goldman Sachs Japan, and Kurume University Graduate School of Medicine.

Known as an intrapreneurial project leader with strong cultural sensitivity she is also a trained facilitator. She has lived and worked in more than 6 countries in Asia, Europe, and the USA and is fluent in Japanese and English. Ms. Tsuzaki holds an MSc. in Non-governmental Organization Management with a Social Policy core. She is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program on Interdisciplinary Evaluation at Western Michigan University.

2018年より社会学、組織心理学、文化人類学、哲学、統計学、経営学等複数の学術分野の思想を組み合わせて独自の研究テーマを設定できる世界唯一の評価研究所にて、評価にまつわる様々な研究に従事している。また、日本、オーストラリア、アメリカ、カナダのパートナーと共にプログラム評価のプロジェクト、政策研究等にコンサルタントとして従事している。

スイスLeysin American School、米国マカレスター大学（文化人類学・国際学学士）、英国London School of Economics and Poliical Science（社会政策・組織マネージメント学修士）で学び、インド・ネパールのNGO（人権・教育）、国連機関、金融機関、シンクタンク、研究教育機関、社会的投資会社、通訳・翻訳等の仕事を通じて、産学官民４つのセクターを自ら横断することで社会を見つめてきた。
