As instructed by my workplace, I will write my introduction in English. 

Hello, my name is James Lee. I moved from Canada to Japan two years ago to pursue my career as a programmer. 

So far it has been an excellent experience. I have only done volunteering work until I started working at Impressive Company(株式会社インプレッシブ) around a year ago. During my stay here, I have been assigned to do web programming and server administration.

To my surprise, I feel like I have improved my communication skills moreso than my programming skill. It is very important to keep a strong balance between your individual skillset and others' skillsets. You may stumble upon problems for hours that others can solve in a heartbeat!

One thing to remember: do not hesitate to share your opinion!
