スクラムマスターの資格を取ってから、
どうしてもスクラムを試してみたくて
がしかし、自分が使ったことのない方法をクライアントに紹介するのは難易度が高く。。。

そこで、子ども共育の活動を一緒に進めているメンバーに頼んで
キャンプイベントの企画に使ってもらうことにしました。
まず、スクラムの概要を説明し、使い始めたところ、
さすがプロジェクトマネジメントのプロ集団、
手法の理解が早く、自ら動き出し、

miroでどんどん、楽しく（←ここがポイント）進行していきます。
モブワークの手法で、みんなでフライヤーを作ったり。

安心安全の場所で、アイデアやアドバイスがポンポン出てくる！
スクラムはソフトウェア開発だけでなく、
イベントの企画にも使える！ということを証明。

スクラムの素晴らしさを再認識しました。

After qualifying as a scrum master, I wanted to use the method.

However, it is challenging to introduce clients to a way that I never used before.

So I just asked my dear members who are participating in an SDGs group for the education of children to use it to plan a camp event for children.

First, I explained an overview of scrum and started to use it.

As expected of a group of project management professionals, they understood the method quickly. They started moving on their own and progressing rapidly and enjoyably with miro. We created out-put using mob work on one time together.

Ideas and advice popped up in a safe and secure place.

Now I could prove scrum is not only for software development but also planning events!

I understand again that scrum and miro are excellent!
