Today, I have a multitude of events to document, encompassing a range of sensitive incidents that have left a lasting impact. Let me share my experiences.

Yesterday, I reached Narita Airport around 3 pm and found myself waiting until 9 pm, engrossed in a book. Reflecting on this, I now realize it was a regrettable choice, considering my flight was scheduled for midnight, spanning from 9 pm to 7 am—a duration of almost 10 hours.

Unfortunately, my attempt to rest during the flight was thwarted by noisy companions. Despite my inclination to keep to myself, I ended up socializing with them, even exchanging Instagram details.
Time will reveal the wisdom of these decisions.

Upon arrival, one of my supporting teachers kindly picked me up, and we proceeded straight to work. Despite my somewhat foggy mental state because of lacking sleep, I diligently gathered information, jotting down notes. The first day unfolded with an adrenaline rush fueled by the joyful smiles of the children. While I marveled at the disparities in education between Australia and Japan, I managed to outline a clear plan on how to instill a "give and give spirit" in my students.

Today's experiences transformed my initial uncertainties into a newfound confidence. I am deeply grateful to everyone who welcomed me, particularly my host family, whose hospitality exceeded all expectations. I felt at ease from day one. Tomorrow, I look forward to a barbecue with my host family in celebration of a national holiday in Australia. They are so kind.
