Encounter Eiken and about my first target

After I was encouraged by the initial success, I kept learning English.

After my hard work, I got 90 out of 100. (I was not good at science subjects, such as math, chemistry though...)

My parents were very surprised with the result and I was very happy to see their smiles.

At the third grade, I met another English teacher.

English skills of the teacher was amazing and her pronunciation was great.

"I want to speak English like her. She is really cool!!"

I held admiration for her and was encouraged by her and studied English mindlessly.

On the other hand, I needed to decide the high school I want to enroll in.

"I wanna enroll in a high school where I can focus on learning English."

When collecting information, I found information about one public high school that has English course and I decided to take the examination.

I just talked with the teachers at junior high school and cram school about my decision.

However, they said to me,

"It is very very...tough for you to pass the entrance exam of the school."

I needed to make a strategy for this.

In the process of making strategy, I learned that there was a system called "entrance examination by commendation". They give students a chance to take the exam based on the academic results in the junior high school.

The examination subjects are English, short essay in Japanese and an interview in Japanese and English. Bx taking this opportunity, it will be possible for me to take the entrance exams twice. In order to become one of the candidates, I needed to take "Eiken(STEP Test) ※" to show my ability and my cram school teacher told me to pass Grade 3 test.

This was actually my first time to take the test and I opened the door to Eiken world...!
