Hi there, I would try to blog here in English, only Saturday and Sunday. 
Currently I often use English at the business scene, mainly conversation and reading/writing emails. However still I'm not confident to use the certain CORRECT sentences. This is to force myself to dive into English world in order to improve my roughness.

I have been working on a hey-fever probably more than 20 years. When I notice at first, I tried to visit doctors frequently to get cured and medicines, but it didn't make me improved. And then, the doctors always examine by putting long stainless-steel sticks into my nose…! I really hate this action, so I decided not to go there. So every spring season, I'm so nurvous but when I feel the hey-fever arrival, I run to the pharmacy to buy some commercial medicines as a remedy.

Recently, there are so many effective products for hey-fever.
This year, I'm useing one medicine per night, and it keeps effective whole day.
But one day, although I took that medicine the day before, I was awake by stuffy nose. I drank hot water, blow noses, but it didn't recovered. Finally I used the last weapon: film drug. It is just a small piece of film, and put on a tangue like a candy. After 10-20 minutes, my noses were so clear, then I could slept well!!!
It would be a double dosage, but I was so hard to bleathe then, so I couldn't avoid it. I'm also afraid if this double dosage will affect me in future... no think about that…

• This blog is not to recommend you to double dosage. You guys should just follow the doctor/instructions of right amount and timing.
