Which one would you buy?　I know you want to get the answer but they're for different purposes from someone who has both, or that they're better for someone who has one or the other, and I'd like to talk about that because I've had some experience in answering this question appropriately.

First of all, I'd like to tell you about my experience. My first action camera was the Gopro Hero7 Black, which I bought 2 years ago! I liked it so much that I said I didn't need another camera if I had this one.
A few months later, I came across the DJI Osmo Pocket... Yes, it has a mechanical gimbal, great image quality, and a narrow angle of view, but it's an unbeatable camera that doesn't depend on the time or place where you are shooting. Then I sold my first Gopro Hero 7 a few months after buying it! I thought I could do without it ... and that's when the nightmare started. When it rained during my travels, when I went out on a cruiser and jumped into the sea, when I was doing water sports, when I was in the open air, when I was in an outdoor hot tub, oh, I wouldn't mind if it was a Gopro (the DJI Osmo Pocket has a waterproof case, but to be honest, the quality wasn't great), but I'm not going to make a big deal of it if it's this bad. I was amazed at how good time lapse (Gopro's time warp) was, how good electronic image stabilization was in action, and finally, when you're shooting out of a bus window or out of an airplane... well, you can press the lens against the window on Gopro. I can. There are certain scenes that I can't shoot to capture the memories of my travels. This time, after purchasing the DJI Pocket2, I'm not letting go of my GoPro Hero9.
