It's very windy today.

I walked to Shinjuku, but it's difficult because of the strong wind.

The reason I came to Shinjuku is to visit Shokuan. I've been receiving unemployment insurance payments for a while, and this is the last time I'll receive them.

It's a little sad, but I think of it as a new beginning.
