今回は、私どもの施設の周辺と私どものサービスに関してのご紹介です。

１）Cityマート
こちらのスーパーマーケット、生活必需品は何でも揃います。そして嬉しい事に24時間営業。簡単なお弁当も売っていますので、夕食を食べ損なってもここで食料調達できます。もちろん、日本食の材料もおいてありますので安心です。
アパートから車で５分です。

２）オカラッパゴルフコース、
起伏のないフラットなコースですが、距離は長いです。全２７ホールありましてついでに、ナイター設備も付いていますので、仕事が早く終わった後でもプレイできます。初心者にも向いているコースだと思います。
アパートから車で10分です。

３）東京クリニック
日本語と英語を解すお医者さんがいます。急病、重症の場合は提携の病院を紹介してくれますし、何よりも日本の医学部を出た先生なので信頼度抜群です。
東京海上の旅行傷害保険加入者は、キャッシュレス診療も可能なところは嬉しい限りです。
アパートから、徒歩で10分です。

４）まんぷく、バッフェスタイル
日本の焼肉を90分食べ放題で、12800ksは安いと思います。いつも、ローカルの方で一杯です。味を追求するよりも、兎に角、『肉』を食べたいという方向きのレストランです。
アパートから車で10分です。

５）城　日本料理
名古屋帰りのオーナーが提供する日本食レストラン。価格も手頃で日本食を味わえます。
アパートから車で10分です。

６）Yangon Door 2 Door
お馴染みデリバリーサービス。通常であれば、ご自身でオーダーをしてお部屋で待つのが普通ですが、私どもでは、お電話を頂ければお客様に代わりオーダーしてお部屋までお届けします。後は、レンジで温めるだけで、お部屋で夕食を召し上がれます。

朝食はアパートで提供していますので、心配無用です。

We would like to introduce our neighbor and our service.

1) City Mart,
This mega Super market open by 24 hours, you will be able to get your all
your necessary at this shop. This place will take around 5 Min. by car.
It is very convenient.

2) Okkalapa Golf Course
This Golf Course have 27 Holes, and also, you can play at night.
The course is flat, so, it will be suitable course for beginners.
It will take 10 Min. by car from our property.

3) Tokyo Clinic
This Clinic is very trustable clinic. Dr. Myat Mon was graduated Japanese Medical School and University of Medicine 1 at Yangon. He can speak in English and Japanese.
If you will face some emergency situation, please get touch with us through phone, we will get touch with Doctor.

This clinic is walking distance from our property.

4) Manpuku Yakiniku Buffet Restaurant
It is only 12800ks by all you can eat within 90Min. and Japanese Yakiniku Style, you can enjoy the Japanese Yakiniku BBQ. It is little different from Korean BBQ.

It will take 10min. by car from our facility.

5) Shiro Japanese Restaurant
The owner had a cooking training at Japan, then he opened this restaurant by himself, you can enjoy the Japanese taste like your home.

It will take around 10 Min. by car from our property.

6) Yangon Door 2 Door
If you will order your home dinner to our office, we will order your dinner
to Yangon Door 2 Door, then we will deliver your dinner or lunch to your Room. It will be very convenient service to our guest.

We will serve the breakfast every morning, so you don’t need to worry about your Breakfast.
