I watch a TV news program while preparing breakfast, although I often don't give full attention to it. Today, I tried listening to new Spanish and French programs starting on the NHK radio station. 

I hadn't had high expectations for these programs, judging from the contents of the textbooks I saw at the bookstore the other day. To my surprise, I found the programs quite enjoyable and useful. I also liked the Chinese program for which I purchased the textbook.

Now I've decided to listen to these three programs for this semester. I hope my language skills will improve by listening to these programs.

P.S. 毎朝、朝食の準備をしながらテレビのニュースをつけているのですが、実はあまりきちんと観たり聴いたりはしていないことが多いです。今日からNHKの語学番組の春学期が始まるため、とりあえずスペイン語とフランス語を聴いてみたところ、私には面白くて役に立ちそうな感じだったので、中途半端にテレビを観るのはやめて、今学期 (this semester) はこの2つを聴くことにしました。（ちょうど2つ合わせて7:15-7:45くらいの間なので聴けそうな感じです。再放送もストリーミングもありますし。）

ただ、初級とはいえだんだん難しくなると、特に知識の乏しいスペイン語はテキスト無しではドロップアウトするかもしれませんが、「テキスト無しでスペイン語のラジオ講座を聴き続けている」とおっしゃっていた方がいらっしゃいましたし、気楽に聴いていくのもいいかなと思います。（私は文字から入るほうが楽なんですが…）

テキストを購入した中国語も楽しい感じだったので、できるだけ続けようと思います。
