Let me write down my New Year's resolution in English. Because I used only Japanese during Holidays, I really feel my English is getting worse actually.

First, obviously keeping study English everyday. This is continued habit for me from 2020. 
Among Holiday, I studied English but only for writing and reading, the purpose is mainly TOEIC test. I could realize that my basic English knowledge is quite low. So, I should keep studying them. 
At the same time, I want to update my speaking skill!! I want to be able to speak faster than now during the daily conversation, additionally I want to facilitate the meeting smoothly.

I have been studying English since the end of summer of 2019. I already got rid of my anxiety talking English while working. That's big improvement for me. To be honest I was afraid to talk with English speaker, when I started working in Jan 2020, but now I feel that making mistake is not big deal rather than silent. 

Secondly, I want to take care of my son more. Sometimes I feel child care is annoying. That's not good for my family. I should to think deeply how to communicate with my son. Personally I try to let my son behave freely rather than general child care. But he is growing up, so I should think about how to educate him and how to scold him effectively, praising as well.

Finally, I try to write note in English on days when I do not use English much. For instance, today January 5th, I feel it is little difficult to speak and type in English. I have to use second language as much as I can. Actually this is related to first resolution. Thinking about improving English makes my head full. Posting Social media in English is effective as well, but I prioritize Business English for now.

That's all my 2021 Goal!! I am going to review in Dec perhaps.

FYI; This is my favorite You tube channel recently. It's so fun and I like these guys because they get going well, like university students. When my learning motivation is low, I often see their You tube videos.

I do not review this note, but this is my English level.
