１個が長くないし、Scriptもあるし、
内容も興味深いものもあるし聞きやすい。


今回は「何もしないことの効用。」

「あえて何もしない時間を作る」

というのは現代人にとって
大事なのかもしれない。

個人的に気になっているのは

電子機器を見る時間が
一日のかなりの量を占めている事。

僕の場合それを軽減しているのは

ダンスの時間。
仕事終わって家に帰ってから
音楽流しながらストレッチして
ダンスを踊るのは

自分にとって
とても良いリフレッシュの時間になっているなあ
とつくづく思う。
