Horses can't speak words. So when we ride horses, we need non-verbal communication.
_ 馬たちは言葉を話しません。なので私たちは騎乗する時、非言語的なコミュニケーションを使う必要があります。

There are three main non-verbal communication. It is a physical contact between horse and human beings, ① fist. ② legs.③ sciatic.
_ 主な非言語的コミュニケーションは３つあります。それは身体的に馬と人間が接触するところで、①拳. ②脚. ③坐骨です。

Through them, humans must first ride so as not to disturb the movement of the horse.
_ それらを通して、まず人間は馬の動きを邪魔しないように騎乗しなければなりません。

Because . .
① The bit of the horse through the human fist (Movement of the neck of the horse).
② The lateral abdomen of the horse through the human thigh and lower leg (Movement of the horse's leg).
③ The back of the horse through the position of the sciatic bone (Direction and balance of horse movement).

The horses always receive information from humans through them.

_ なぜならば、
①人間の拳を通してハミ(馬の頸部の動き)
②人間の大腿部と下腿部を通して馬の側腹部(馬の脚の動き)
③人間の坐骨の位置を通して馬の背中(馬の動きの方向性とバランス)

それらを通して与えられる人間からの情報を、馬はいつも受けとってくれているのです。

この③つ要素は、騎乗する上で必要不可欠な存在だということを、今一度強く言いたい。と、思うほどのことであります。

その細かな内容は後で伝えていくとして、まずこの３つが馬のどんな動きを制限しているのかも同時に想像して記憶に残しておくことをおすすめします。

つまり、

人はおしりの面を使ってバランスをとりながら騎乗している。それを背中でされている馬の気持ちを忘れずに、そして不快を与えないために身体的にどうしてあげたらよいのか。

この、思いやりの気持ちなしでは、馬と人間の健やかな騎乗関係は難しいでしょう。
