As the makers say, "This may be unexpected, but Japanese sake and chocolates pair extremely well." What you see above is a package of nama chocolats (bars made from a mixture of chocolate and cream with a melt-in your mouth texture) with high quality Japanese sake kneaded into them. A pairing between a long established confectionary craftsman and the "Daiginjo Shizuku", the 10th consecutive gold winner of the nationwide Rice Wine Awards Ceremony.

【試作完成です🍫】桃川大吟醸雫酒生ショコラ ほお・そめる。日本酒生チョコレートができました。ビターは大人の苦味が味わえ、ホワイトはクリーミーな舌触り。う～ん試作もなかなかの出来栄えです。予約受付中。
