Ctrl + Alt + T and type "A tempo ~q=BPM"

Different bar number systems between score and parts

Go to Text→Styles, select "bar numbers", select "new text styles.

Go to Parts→Part Appearance→Current Part. Go to House style, select the desired bar number style.

Go to Layout→Magnetic layout, make sure to uncheck Grouped bar numbers.
