How To Deliver Stems / Midi

1. Name all of the tracks needed.
2. Merge multiple tracks if needed. Ex. Timp, Timp Roll…
Select the desired tracks in Mixing Tab > Right click > "Add Group Channel to Selected Channels…" > Choose Stereo
3. Take 2 bars before the 1st bar
4. Get rid of the effect plugins except those for creating sound
5. Set all Pan settings as Center
5. Tweak faders of all tracks to Take headroom (at least -6db)

Midi

  1. Locate Range, Check Export Locater Range.

  2. Uncheck "Export as Type 0"

"Type 1 files contain separate information for each track.
For a Type 0 file, however, all the tracks are merged into a single track, although MIDI channel information is still retained."
