2. The issue

How do I live my limited life? What made him pay attention to the issue was his experience in India on his graduation trip when he was a university student. It was shocking and fresh to see the people and environment in India, which was completely different from what he had seen in Japan. From now on, he feels that his life is free and that he should decide for himself.

3. The motivation of the speaker

Find a way to get out of your problems and be comfortable. It means that you can choose to run away when you don't feel comfortable.

4. The type of community

I think that the community he engages with is a geographic location. I work with people who live in different places.

5. Engage with the community

He is free to be involved as he pleases. I thought it was a way to get involved without sticking like water flowing.

6. The skill

A skill that lets you go with the flow and cherish coincidences and accidents. If you cherish them, you will have the opportunity to encounter unexpected events in your life. If you can cherish the opportunity, you can make your life enrich.

7. My discoveries

Life is sometimes tough for me because I feel that I have to follow the opinions of those around me, even if I don't like it, and I can't get away from my way of thinking. I grew up in Japan until now. In Japan, it is said that being in step with the people around you is good. Living in such a situation, there were times when I felt that others' thoughts were the most correct and that no one would accept anything other than that answer. Especially when I was a school truant. When I was in the first year of junior high school, I was unable to go to school because my HSP characteristics were not able to respond to sudden changes in the environment, but people around me can go to school every day. I strongly thought that was normal and what I should do. The teachers around me also thought that it was best for me to take classes in the classroom. However, every day I could only blame myself for not being able to do such ordinary things. During that year, I was mostly withdrawn and only went to school for exams. That time was the hardest in my life because most of the time people around me didn't understand me.  When I was in the second grade, I started going to a school for truant children. I learned that there are many ways to live in this world. My HSP characteristics are my personality, and I don't feel the need to continue to apply them to the norm around me or my way of thinking. From these things, I was able to understand well what you talked about in this lecture. Life is often difficult for me. However, in lectures, your problems can be a great energy source. When I heard the words, I thought it would be nice if I could become a person who can change my worries to power without worrying too much.
