'Design your own time' Self-study at school.

At Kagoshima Shugakukan, under the theme 'Design your own time', the large lecture room was open to students so that they could study on their own at school during the summer holidays.

There was one supervisor in the main lecture room, and the staff room was on the other side of the corridor, making it easier to ask questions. Perhaps because of this situation, each student was facing his or her own assignment and concentrating on it. Some of them could be seen putting their hands on their heads and thinking about what they were doing.

In the midst of such seriousness, our attention was still drawn to this. It was that five out of six students were facing the desks behind us, which is, after all, the nature of students that cannot be resisted.

This is a little off topic, but at this rate I hope that students, including us, will make the most of this environment, design their own time so that they can study efficiently and happily, and enjoy their summer holidays to the fullest.
