ここからバズる流れを作っていきたいと考えている。
AoPandaは毎日投稿されている。
どういった形でやれば埋もれないか？考えていきたい。
TikTok界隈の中でも注目度は少しずつ前に進んでいると感じている。

制作自体はコスプレが完成。
パーツもあと一つを除き完成している。
明日には全て揃ってレイヤーの合成作業に入る。

・Walk to mint：CNPを持っていると歩いてポイントが貯まる。
溜まったポイントでNFTがミントでき、売買できるようになる。
→実際はカレンダー・抽選で形代がもらえた。
今年増える機能としてCheck to earn
ライセンスとして提供する案件が増えていかないと軌道に乗らない。

商品化して展開していくかどうかといったチェックをホルダーが行う。
チェックする対価として報酬システム設計になっている。
報酬はETH支払いになる。
「稼ぐ」の場所を作りたくてCheck to earnプログラムを作った。
Xinobiが構想にあったが、CNPの枠組みからは外している。
CNGなどのトークンも優先案内になっているのも稼ぐに入る。
他のプロジェクトとも連動して進めていきたい。

フロアプライスが上がってくることが大事。
IPと成長と連動する。
CNPというIPを利用する案件が増えていくことで、CNPに対する評価が変わってくる。
結果としてフロアプライスにかかってくると考えている。
運営が持っているCNPをお迎えしてもらう「お迎え会」も一つのいい企画だと感じている。
単純に売り圧を回収することに加えて欲しい人に直接売ることもできた。
マーケットに対して良い影響を与えられることを引き続きやっていきたい。

2.創る

・素材屋CNP
派生プロジェクトは多数出てきてほしい。
ジェネラティブでなくてもいいと感じている。
3Dリーリーは非常にいいと感じている。
独自のコミュニティが形成されていると感じている。
CNP インファントも出てきている。
関連プロジェクトを作って良かったと思ってもらえるよう、CNPとしても盛り上がりを作っていきたい。
素材屋CNPも手応えはあ理、CNPの告知力強化にも繋がっている。
一方で素材自体を増やしていくことも重要だと考えている。
バリエーションを増やしていくべきかどうか？
取り組み自体を強くしていきたいとも考えている。
自治体に案内すると非常に喜ばれる。
地味に啓蒙活動を進めていきたい。
・ファンアート
CNP賞もやってきたが最優秀賞の記念がCNPの方が高い時がありバランスを崩してしまっていた。
CNP賞がないほうが綺麗に収まるために外している。
CNPのファンアートを描いてもらう。
企業が作ってもらう。
カレンダーやラバーフィギュアも作ってもらうに入る。
ちゃんと作ったものが売れて、結果企業が喜んでもらうことが重要。
やりたいのはお土産屋
地方のお土産屋さんの商品にCNPキャラクターが使われていくことを目指したい。
犬山城の城下町のお土産屋さんに使われてもいい。
パッケージとしても、キーホルダーとしても販売されていてもいい。
道の駅などにも展開したい。

キャラクター自体を好きになってもらいたい。

トレジャースタンプを全キャラクター揃えていきたい。
どこまでできるかというところもあるが、キャラクターの会員証みたいになっているため揃えていきたい。

自分の持っているキャラクターとお話ができる。
もっと強化していくやり方もある。
こちらからのアクション待ちではなく、キャラクター主体でアクションしてもいいと考えている。
デジタル上でいろんな役立つことを勝手にやってほしい。
ポイントやNFTをゲットしてきてもいいと感じている。
少しずつ自分のキャラクターと距離を近づけていってほしい。
CNPフレンズもどれくらいの完成度を目指していくかもある。
自分のキャラクターと話していくこともできる。
AI技術が進んでいるところなので今取り組んでもすぐ陳腐化してしまう。
もう少し時間を待ってから作ったほうが良さそう。
ドラえもんはテレビ・鉄腕アトムはアニメからキャラクターが生まれている。
CNPはNFTから生まれるというよりもデジタルパートナーとして生まれてくることの方が意味がある。
世界で1つしか存在しないというNFTの特性と絡めやすい。
引き続き進めていきたい。
グッズ展開や着ぐるみも考えている。

4.楽しむ

・バーニンウォーズ
思ったように進んでいないところもある。
時代待ちといったところだが、引き続き重要な要素となっている。
現在は2.3日で遊び切れてしまう。
遊び方のバリエーションを増やしていく。
今のものが最終盤ではない。
・漫画
いろんなコンテンツを用意していきたい。
できれば運営がコストを出していくものではないものを進めていきたい。
メディアと共同でコンテンツ展開できたらと考えている。
某出版社の企画としてCNPをテーマにしたものtが出てくるなどになってほしい。
昨年までは運営予算で進めてきたが、今年度はCNPをうまく使いたい企業が使って欲しい。

5.遊ぶ

状況を見ながらやっていきたい。
NFTを使う・メタバースを使う。
サンドボックス・Rium
CNPとしては両方を軸にメタバースを何に使うかを表現していきたい。
Riumは巻物がキーとなっている。
サンドボックスも特定のNFTを持っていないと入れないという機能も実装されている。

CNP would like to express what we use the metaverse for with both as the axis.
For Rium, scrolls are the key.
The sandbox also implements a feature that you can only enter if you have a specific NFT.
