少しずつ盛り上がりつつあると感じている。

Checkt o Earnプログラム

イーサリアムで収益化ができる。
テスト版を公開していく。
年明けから該当案件からスタートしていく。
NFTは配当を渡せない（金融法関係）
NFTは証券ではない、デジタルアイテムとして買っているので証券ではない。
証券は規制があり、おいそれとできない。
CNPは展開を作っていきながら事業として出していったものの売り上げから配当を出すのは許されていない。
しかしCNPはみんなで育てているIP。
みんなで育てているプログラムとして進めていく先を模索していた。
CNPというキャラクターを他の企業に使ってもらい、ライセンスフィーを獲得し、コミュニティに還元しながら進めていきたいと考えている。
ラバーフィギュアも売り上げに応じて運営に一部入ってくる。

プログラムに至った経緯

✅チェック業務をやっていくとチェック体制が非常に大変。（手が回らない）
✅みんなで育てているキャラクターなのに運営がジャッジしていくのも変な話に感じている。
CNPオーナーに発注することでお仕事依頼という形で進める。
ロイヤリティの一部をチェック業務の報酬として割り当てる。
例えば0.1ETHであれば参加してくれたホルダーに割り当てる。
割り当てた金額を渡していく。
ある程度までプールしておき、管理画面で常に確認ができる。
一定金額まで貯まった段階で引き出すことができる。
（ガス代は差し引かれる形で引き出すことができる）
CNPオーナーは商品化の情報が業務内で優先的に見れる。
（プログラムの対象の業務のみ・機密情報なのでみても公表はできない）
クリエイティブや企画自体のチェックもある。
チェック業務後支持が得られないものは差し戻しもありえる。
ジェネラティブ内で今までやってきたことをプログラムという形をとることでみんなでやっていく形になる。

誰が判断するのがいいのか？
みんなで判断するのがいいと感じている。
以前承認したものが商品化されるといった楽しみも出てくる。
プログラム自体は明日デモがリリースされるが実案件はこれから。
CNPを使いたいと思ってくれる企業が出てくるのを探している状況。

営業部隊も報酬が出る

運営だけがやっていくのもつまらない。
企業と繋いでくれたりするのも報酬を渡していくように整備していく。
業務に対する報酬を受け取っていく。

1.キャラクターを使いたい企業が出てくる
2.みんなで企画やクオリティをチェックする
3.チェックしたプログラムが通過し商品化や企画に使われる
4.報酬が支払われる

Ninja DAOコミュニティ外から資金をとってくる。
チェック業務はキャラクターごとに行っていく。
CNP全体のものとキャラクター個体にやる。
ルナならルナのホルダーがチェック業務に参加できる。

報酬段階は均一ではない

ルナを1体持っている人と2体持っている人では報酬割合が変わってくる。
10体までは報酬が加算されるが、それ以上は加算されない。

意識していること

CNPという集合体ではなく、個々のキャラクターで案件獲得できるように進めていきたい。
事例としてはあまりない。
パジーペンギンはホルダーのぬいぐるみに対してのため、個々の報酬になっている。
みんなでやった活動に対して報酬がもらえる仕組みは気に入っている。

How we came to the program
