Why: I love the fact that I have a good command of English and Japanese, two languages that are so different and peculiar in their own way. I think it's empowering and liberating. It is my passion to share what I know about language acquisition with people, so they can feel empowered and liberated too.

Hi there! My name is Asuka, and I am an online language teacher who specialises in English and Japanese. I have been privileged to be raised in an environment where I was constantly exposed to both English and Japanese. Thanks to this upbringing, I became really fascinated with languages, teaching, and cultural exchanges. Recently, I have been teaching Japanese to kids and some of my friends. It's been a really interesting journey, and I would like to share it with those who are learning Japanese language and culture. So that's what my blog is going to be about.
