というnoteを書きました。その続きの展開となります

11月20日に5000作品のNFTが1点0.03ETHで発売し、20分で完売。

現在はフロアプライスが0.135ETHなので、購入出来た方は最低でも1日で
1ETH以上は利益でている状況です。（0.03ETHで10体まで購入可能でした）

がSNSを巻き込み人気を集めた経緯を書いていきます。

※本記事では上記コレクションを1st,2ndと表記していきます。

■簡単な時系列

11月15日
Lil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)1st 5000体がリリースされる。
2次流通でもフロアプライス0.5ETHまで上がり人気化。
↓
11月16日
現在リリースされているLil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)1st は偽物、私達が本物です。というアカウントが現れる。

一気にフロアプライス0.1ETHまで急落。

roh.ethというアカウントがmediumで

偽物、本物を検証した記事をリリース、本物アカウントがリプライツイートすることで、この記事が広がる。
↓
11月17日
「OpenSeaと協力してフェイクを排除」するとツイート。
本物を主張するアカウントがDiscordを開設
数時間後に偽物もDiscordを開設
↓
11月18日
本物アカウントがどのようにしたらフェイクアカウントをOpenSeaから削除できるか、おすすめの弁護士を紹介してとTwitterで呼びかける。
↓
11月19日
本物アカウントが22時間22分後にLil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)2nd をリリースすると宣言。
↓
11月20日
5000体のエイプが発売され20分で完売。
Lil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)のグッズ販売が開始。
1stが初期Twitterアカウントを削除。（Discordは残したまま）コニュニティ用のTwitterアカウントを作り直す。

上記が6日間の流れです。

現在、OpenSea上ではこの問題が解決するまで取引停止になっています。

個人的な意見で公式は公開しておりませんが、これらは全て演出でひとつのプロダクトがSNSを盛り上げるため、

参加者の興味を引くために作られた巧妙なストーリー

だと思っております。

ようするに、両方のアカウント共に本物でオーディエンスの興味を集めるための演出だと感じています。

その理由を解説していきます。

■全て演出でマーケティングだと感じる理由

roh.ethというアカウントがmediumで偽物、本物を検証した記事をリリース。
↓
本物アカウントがリプライツイートすることで、この記事が広がる。

こちらのroh.ethさんは運営の関係者もしくは、運営者の一人だと思います。

理由は、

・2ndのDiscordの管理者になっている。
・Discordでアナウンスを発信している。発信しているのは彼だけ。
・Twitterでスペースを開催し偽物対策についてオーディエンスとディスカッションする。
・Discordでもスペースを開催しQ＆A形式で回答しディスカッションする。

このように、現在2ndのDiscordでアナウンスしているのは彼だけで、
これだけの規模のプロダクトで公式がアドミンを任せるということは、部外者であった場合、相当な信頼関係がないと任せないはずです。

リリースから5日間で取引量は約4600ETH。

運営は取引量の5％を報酬として受け取れます。

売上は5日間で105万ドル（1億2000万円）になります。

ではここからは、詳細な流れを解説していきます。

■詳細な流れ

11月16日
現在リリースされているLil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)は偽物、私達が本物です。
というアカウントが現れる。一気にフロアプライス0.1ETHまで急落。

roh.ethというアカウントがmediumで偽物、本物を検証した記事をリリース
本物アカウントがリプライツイートすることで、この記事が広がる。

この記事を見た時、記事内の文章ではroh.ethは部外者目線で書いている記事でした。

記事内で、

「Personally, I unknowingly purchased 3 of the copycat collection when the floor was around 0.07 ETH. 」

彼は、フロアプライスが0.07 ETHだった時に偽物のApeを3つ購入したとあります。

そこで彼のOpenSea内のアカウントを見ました。

彼のアドレスを見たところ、

Apeを購入した履歴はありません。
そこで彼のアドレスを辿ってみました。

頻繁に資金の出し入れがあるアドレスがありました。
このアドレスの履歴を見ると、確かにApeを3つ購入し翌日に売却しています。

medium記事内に

Only then did I stumble across the original creators when their short-lived pleas were banned from the copycat collection’s Discord.

とあります。

ここに書かれている、

「the copycat collection’s Discord」

がどこのDiscordか不明です。

1st のDiscordは11月17日にスタートしました。
彼の記事が書かれたのは11月16日です。

ということは、
「他のどこかのDiscordでオリジナルの作成者と知り合った」

ということかと思いますが、
この点は彼に確認してみたいと思っています。

11月17日
「OpenSeaと協力してフェイクを排除」するとツイート。
本物を主張するアカウントがDiscordを開設
数時間後に偽物もDiscordを開設
↓
11月18日
本物アカウントがどのようにしたらフェイクアカウントをOpenSeaから削除できるか、おすすめの弁護士を紹介してとTwitterで呼びかける。

この日にroh.ethがTwitterでスペースを開催。

参加者と一緒に本件の対応についてでディスカッションしていました。

会話に参加している同士が熱くなり、roh.ethが止める場面もありました。

11月19日
本物アカウントが22時間22分後にLil Baby Ape Club(LBAC)をリリースすると宣言。

この時点では、この本物を主張するアカウントがフェイクだ！

とコメントする人が多く、批判の声が強い印象でした。

5000体のエイプが発売され20分で完売。

こちらが発売されたページなのですが、私は怖すぎてウォレットを繋いで購入するまでの判断はできませんでした。

実際にリリースされるのか、1stと同じデザインがでるのか、新しいデザインとして出るのか、全てに疑念を持っていました。

結果は5000体全て新しいデザインでリリースされました。

取引量は1st 程ではないですが、取引量は約500ETHとなり2次流通が頻繁に取引されています。

こちらは1stのツイッターアカウントから発表がありました。

■謎な点をまとめます

・1stのデザインはどのようにして流出したのか。
・なぜ法的措置を取らずに新しいデザインでリリースすることにしたのか。
・roh.ethに2ndの広報全般を任せたのはなぜか。
・1stが初期Twitterアカウントをなぜ削除し作り直したか
・なぜ5000体という数なのか。（一般的にこれらのコレクションは1万体がスタンダード）

■私の見解

Discordのスレッドの作り方を見ると、1stのほうがNFT業界、クリプト業界に慣れている印象です。

そして、グッズまで作成しサイトも用意していることから、かなり周到に準備してスタートしています。

2ndはDiscordの運営に慣れていない印象を受けます。

全ての状況を見ると、どのように考えても

全てがSNSで話題となりやすくするためのプロモーション

という答えが全て結びつくと感じてます。

現在も双方は争っており、現在の主張をまとめます。

■1st の主張

Hello @everyone ,

It is time that we formally announce our position regarding all the current rumors that have surfaced recently. For whoever is reading this, I ask of you one thing, to please read this article without any bias for either community.
When LBAC first launched, nobody was aware of how this would turn out.

After NFTY (the first project owner) left the original discord and left everybody high and dry without any notice. The original holders of that project decided to build our community together and to gather the original holders to see what can be done. Shortly after this, Kakashi released a statement that he planned to rerelease the same LBAC with some modifications. When the original holders heard this, we decided to try and give our support only if the community was to be heard and allowed to be apart of the new project.

The communities first discussions were about potentially getting Whitelisted (reserved mints) spots for the original holders of the project. Nobody requested a free mint, nor did we ask for a handout. We asked politely if we could be apart of the new project because we love the art and would love to help see a project succeed. Those communications were cut down quickly and abruptly.

After that, the community decided to go its own way and try to create something that would help the original community who were still holding the first project’s NFT. We have reached out and maintain the position that we are always open to any collaborations between the communities. This community’s goal was and always will be to come together to create something beautiful. That could only happen if both sides are willing to come to the table and work something out. For the current moment, they have not come to the table and therefore it is in our best interests to stay on the road we have taken.

For the current project’s holders, I know many of you have asked about what we are going to do if OpenSea does not respond. I am here to tell you what avenues we can take if that does happen. The first option that we have considered is building our own marketplace. Multiple other projects have done this successfully but only because they stayed loyal to their original community and to the people that devoted their time and effort into it. If OpenSea does not respond, building our own marketplace is the first step into gaining these royalties and reinvesting them into our next step.

This is where the community comes into play. The marketplace should be thought about as the base of a building and after that, everybody decides on what we build on each floor. We have thought about potentially releasing a token that we would be giving to each holder that would have its own utility. There have been some amazing artists and developers in this community that have reached out and are willing to build another project just for us! When the base of the building is secure, we will start building floor by floor. Those are decisions that will be controlled and spoken about only in our community and between the holders of the project.

While the base is being secured, the community has come together to give us some amazing merch ideas for our project! We are delving into the possibility of allowing the current holders the opportunity to purchase merch with their own custom LBAC! The team wants to feel like everyone is apart of the community and by allowing the holders to have their own NFT on a hoodie for example, will make us feel connected no matter how far we might be in real life.

Thank you all very much for all the time and effort that you have put into this community and into this project. We hope that as a community, we can rise above what has happened and start looking to what can happen.
